~ Chief Justice Richard Posner (Interview in Slate.com, 24 June 2016), despite his desperate and insincere “apology” he was forced to write 11 days later on 5 July 2016. Nevertheless, the damage was done, the die was cast, and the arrogant and imperious Judge Richard Posner signed his own death warrant thus ironically ending his judicial career  by cancelling himself by spewing such a vile, treasonous, anti-Constitutional rants for all the world to behold!

  Now Destiny and Judgment have covenanted together mon Ami — standing in front of that same Bell {after 36 years on the Bench of Hubris and Hypocrisy, Big Lies, Infamy and Tyranny} no longer tolls for Me…, but Behold!  Oh, Judge Richard Posner! ~ The Bell now tolls for Thee…

*N.B.: 15 months before abruptly resigning from the bench after 36 years with ONE DAY’s NOTICE! on 1 Sept. 2017  due allegedly to as the propaganda media dissembles that Judge Posner was increasingly fighting against his colleagues on the court allegedly because of the unfair way they treated Pro se [indigent, e.g., majority Black] plaintiffs and defendants which makes absolutely no sense to me.

What do I think were the causes that led to the end of Judge Richard Posner’s judicial career?–a man called, “The 10th Justice” [of the Supreme Court] and “The most-cited jurist of the 20th century and of all time by law journals and by SCOTUS.”

First, the Pro Se Center controversy was a fraud and a typical Leftist diversion to hide the fact that Judge Ponser did not resign from the bench of his own accord, he wanted to stay until he was 80 (2 years later) but was forced from the bench in shame and infamy by a higher power than He! (e.g., POTUS Donald J. Trump).

   I know a lot about Pro Se litigants. Part of my duties was to review all Pro Se appeals filed when I briefly worked as a Deputy Law Clerk in Chief Posner’s 7th Circuit Court of Appeals for about 6 weeks (early May-mid-June 1996). There were many of them sent to our office and most were sent back to the litigant because they didn’t follow Court Rules in some way. Why didn’t Chief Judge Posner substantively help these Pro Se litigants (who were majority Black people) get Justice… BACK THEN when he was Chief Judge of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and held great judicial and administrative powers to get important things like this done?

ANSWER–Because in my opinion Judge Richard Posner, is a CIA-FBI-Mossad MK Ultra Mind Controlled Manchurian Candidate = a Plant, a Spy, an elitist snob and hypocrite who never cared for Pro Se Plaintiffs or Pro Se Defendants (who were majority Black people) that only successfully appealed or won at the appellate level in only about 4% of all cases. That = a losing rate for Pro Se litigants filing appeals at 96%!!) Does this sound like Justice for Black litigants in his Court? Absolutely NOT!

Thus, Judge Posner never cared about Black People getting justice in his 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, neither did he ever care about a ‘Pro Se Protegee’ like me who for the devotion and love of the U.S. Constitution and the devotion and love of America, and love and devotion of Chief Judge Richard A. POSNER, I reached out to him many, many, many, many times to befriend him, to counsel him, to help him… and as an Evangelist to the Amoral Academy–tried to lead Judge Posner (and the UChicago Faculty) to a saving knowledge in Jesus Christ for 30 YEARS!… yet it was all in vain!

I composed my definitive and comprehensive writing in 2023 on the subject exposing the Hitlerian Big Lies of the Amoral Academy titled– “The Deconstruction of American Law and the Apotheosis of President Donald Trump.” Thus, I now firmly believe that Judge Posner was forced to resign from the bench by President Donald Trump due to his treason jurisprudence contained in his anti-Constitution rants cited above, but also due to an humiliating and little-known public fraud scandal regarding Posner’s Pro Se Center (ironically created by Judge Posner during the twilight of his judicial career allegedly to help Pro se indigent largely Black plaintiffs and defendants).

Finally, I believe Judge Posner’s abrupt retirement had something to do with his ever-worsening neurogenerative cognitive condition caused by his Alzheimer disease and dementia diagnosis that I believe existed in some form perhaps decades earlier (which at this point will be difficult to prove without access to his medical records).

Nevertheless, I am basing this hypothesis on what I firmly believed to have been Judge Posner’s growing Sociopathy, Solipsism, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (aka Malignant Narcissism). A latent, but observable cognitive perversion I detected while thoroughly reading, researching and studying in great detail his writings, ideas regarding his vast and prolific oeuvre and legal philosophy particularly in the areas of–Constitutional Law, Legal History, Legal Philosophy and judicial decisionmaking as early has 1997!)(See generally, Ellis Washington, Reply To Judge Posner on the Inseparability of Law and Morality, 3 Rutgers Jour. of Law and Religion 130 [1999]).  

I strongly believe 30 years after the fact that this existential, degenerative mental condition that he could no longer hide from his CIA-FBI-Mossad handlers, nor from his bosses = We the People! … compelled President Donald J. Trump to force Judge Richard Posner to resign from the bench with just one day’s notice 20 years later on 1 Sept. 2017!

   When We first met 30 years ago in a de facto way, nothing more, I believe it was in Chicagoland in the Autumn of 1994.

 

   I Remember because that was the year I graduated from John Marshall Law School, When I would soon learn this bitter Rule — That ‘Social Justice’ in THIS Life is for both the Naive, and for Fools.

 

   I Remember ‘meeting’ the Exalted Chief Judge Richard A. Posner in a de facto way, before the tolling of the de facto bell tolled the hour of 12,

   Because I obtained two new amazing inventions of Men — one called the ‘Internet’ and the other, ‘Email’.

 

   Now I didn’t need no paper, no envelops, no stamps, no ink well…  I didn’t even have to yell — to be not heard, to be not listened to — from my existential, invisible Jail Cell.

 

   I Remember hopefully, longingly, expectantly looking at the website of The University of Chicago Law Faculty, into their Souls… into their eyes and into their faces for someone…, anyone who would grant me this Plea of Mercy, Because I really wanted to attend this elite UChicago Law School to obtain my graduate Law [LLM] degree, 

 

But I soon deduced from you, Oh,  Exalted Chief Judge Richard A. Posner of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, that the Ivy League (even the Public Ivy League and the ‘Hidden Ivy League’) is for Thee, but certainly is not for an uppity Negro like ME…!

  ‘That’s OK’! — {I said this painfully, inwardly not once, not twice… but thrice}. So, I soldiered on, because I AM a Soldier, that I AM. I AM a soldier in the Army of Christ. 

 

   Therefore, I waited 30 years to write you this Poem during this Season of Advent, because I Am not Nasty, Vindictive, nor Naughty, but Nice.

 

   In 1994, I Remember writing you email, after email, after email… asking for your help. I even Remember writing to some of your young, Black UChicago Law Colleagues. . . Yes you, Young Barack Obama (a future POTUS), I Remember writing. You too, I Remember writing, Tracey Mears. 

 

   Why do I Remember these Queers? Because the collective apathy I received from your UChicago Law Faculty I called the ‘Savage Silence of the Lambs’ brought my academic career to the slaughter house for 30 Years, And brought my Soul and Spirit to Tears. Professor Mears ironically is supposedly an expert in “helping Blacks or ‘Urban people’ have better interactions with the police, law enforcement and the court system.”  The key phrase here is that those “Urban people” must be DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), Woke Democrat Socialists to have any hope of getting any help from this partisan, merciless, Leftist Professors. DEI, Affirmative Action and all of the so-called “Office of Diversity” at virtually every American College and University was from its beginnings a 100% SCAM designed to rewrite and coverup the racist, murderous and Treacherous History of the Democrat Socialist Party… PERIOD!

In my opinion Black academics would be much more useful to society if they cared less about DEI Democide and cared more about “Institutional, Intellectual and Ideological Diversity” = helping Conservative, Christian, Independent and Libertarian academics have proportional representation inside the Marxist Monopoly Academy based on Veritas (= Truth) and on America’s political voting populations at-large?  

I even met Michele Goodwin, a law professor at Georgetown Law School (& many, many other Black Law Academics at several Law Faculty Recruitment Conferences in Washington, D.C. which I attended 3 years in a row in the early 2000s. I even wrote all 3 people (and many, many, other Black academics) to help me get a law faculty job, don’t you know? But the dirty little secret about Black Academic America, Bro is that Black Leftists HATE Black Conservative academics because they are threatened by them (above and below). Judge Posner’s Law Review article celebrated the 100th anniversary of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’ famous opus– Oliver Wendell Holmes, The Path of Law, 10 Harvard Law Review 457 (1897). Paradoxically and Tragically both Holmes and Posner’s law review articles are celebrated for one thing–Both of these “legal scholars” successfully (at least for a time) convinced the Marxist-controlled Academy, Law Schools, U.S. Presidents, Congress and SCOTUS, and many American citizens to believe in the Liberal Cult Weltanschauung that Legality and Morality MUST be forever separated in order for the law to have legitimacy or “Neutrality” in proper Marxist, Liberal or Progressive judicial decisionmaking.

   I heard that you had ‘Pro se’ disagreements with your judicial colleagues on the bench. Is it that you don’t play well with others?

   Remember, I worked for your Court, mon Ami…Can’t you see? Yet, did you never, ever hear of me? Did you ever shed a tear? I did, quite oftentimes for many a Year(s).

   Now DESTINY & JUDGMENT have joined hands in Covenant and made this Solipsistic, Socialist Judge’s mind (which was his sacred Idol of self-Idolatry) go POOF!… All Gone!
