Prologue—The End of Racial Gerrymandering = The End of the Democrat Socialist Party in American Politics Forever
After just six months in office political pundits have grudgingly moved from Trump being the great POTUS of the twenty first century (covering the last 25 years) to the greatest POTUS of the past 50 years (covering 1975-present) to the greatest POTUS or whose policies will have the greatest effect on the American polity and society since FDR’s New Deal (1935 or 90 years ago!). For the record, I believe Trump proved in his first term (2017-2021) that he was the great POTUS in American history bar none! The past seven months into his second term in my opinion is just the icing on the cake and it’s all over the issue of the deconstruction and destruction of the Democrat Socialist Party before our very eyes over the little-known issue of racial gerrymandering.
For example, my favorite Trump staffer, Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller has been very vocal on the central importance of exposing and eradicating racial Gerrymandering that the racist Democrats have ironically used to their advantage since the passage of the Civil Rights Act (1964) and Voting Rights Act (1965) 50 years ago. Stephen Miller states in his passionate, inimitable style—
“The Democrats have Gerrymandered this country beyond recognition. Republicans won in the blue states roughly about 40% of the vote in the last election. States like—California and New York according to the official tally—but only got 20% of the actual votes. I’m talking about House Republicans here.
In 2024 House Republicans won a three-time larger popular vote margin than in 2010. In 2010 they picked off 63 seats. In 2024, 4 seats even though they won a three times larger victory in the popular vote margin by House Republicans at every level of this country—Illinois, Chicago, New York, Massachusetts. Democrats have Gerrymandered the vote beyond recognition to try to maintain their advantage beyond in the House elections.”
Stephen Miller concluded, “Let’s not forget Democrats rigged the 2020 census by including illegal aliens. Remember they sued Donald Trump, they sued the administration, they fought tooth-and-nail to include illegal aliens in the census. 20-30 of House seats would not exist but for illegal aliens.
Texas is taking a small corrective step against this ocean of fraud, this ocean of abuse by the Democrat Party…”
As you can deduce by the above comments, Stephen Miller did an excellent job in summarizing the recent fraudulent Political Machiavellian tactics used to get more undeserved political power over the Republicans just over the past two presidential election cycles. This, of course, goes back well over 60 years ago using the unconstitutional practice of Racial Gerrymandering or carving up political districts using race in order to achieve a higher percentage of political power than one would get if the voting districts were divided along natural or country and city boundaries.
In other words, racial Gerrymandering exploded since the 1965 Voting Rights Act 60 years ago this year as excellently summarized in a quip that “Vote dilution = Too Many White People in the district” according to a recent YouTube video by Conservative commentator and podcaster, Dr. Steve Turley’s Synopsis of Thornburg v. Gingles, 478 U.S. 30 (1986), the landmark SCOTUS voting rights case that essentially enshrined Democrat Racial Gerrymandering into the Rule of Law which the Trump administration with states like Gov. August 4th, 2025 – Governor Greg Abbott ignites a political inferno: traitor Democrats fleeing to sabotage redistricting face removal from office, crushing fines, and possible felony charges. Political treason meets its executioner – no mercy, no escape.
The Ultimatum of Steel – 3PM CT, Texas Draws the Sword
Texas is no playground for cowardly deserters. Governor Greg Abbott has set a non-negotiable deadline: any Democrat lawmaker who dares remain in hiding past 3:00 PM CT on August 4, 2025, is finished. Stripped of office. Name erased from the legislative roster. Career terminated.
It appears that the Aug 4th deadline for the Democrats to return to work to vote on the Texas redistricting proposals of Gov. Greg Abbott has been pushed to Fri., Aug. 8th. Gov. Abbott has also threatened rogue Democrats to redistrict the Texas voting map to secure not 5 but 8 additional new Republican seats if they don’t come back to work by Friday afternoon, after which time the FBI will work with local law authorities to serve and execute 53 subpoenas for the arrest of these Democrat Texas legislators.
Abbott cites Texas Attorney General Opinion KP-0382, turning law into a weapon: abandonment of elected duty is forfeiture of office, plain and simple. No excuses, no “political theater” cover story. The people elected legislators to stand and fight, not to scatter like rats when the real battle begins.
This isn’t a slap on the wrist. It’s political death by decree. And Texans are cheering because, finally, someone is swinging the hammer of accountability on a political class used to slithering away from consequences.
This shameless demonstration of political cowardice by the Texas Democrat Coalition has shown the world how pathetic they are and how unsuited these Democrats are for real political combat especially when they can clearly see the handwriting on the wall foretelling their imminent political deconstruction and downfall into permanent political irrelevance. The Democrats are stopping nothing here. It’s like jumping off the Empire State Building and hitting your head on the 50th floor ledge on the way down; yes, you delayed your inevitable death but only by a fraction of a second! The results are the same = forfeiture of office permanently.
The Coward’s Caravan – Democrats Flee Like Criminals
Instead of doing their job, over 50 Democrat lawmakers fled Texas under cover of darkness. They didn’t just skip work. They organized a coordinated escape, crossing state lines into Illinois and New York, scheming from luxury hotels while Texans suffer under stalled governance. Their goal?
Destroy the vote on a new U.S. House Map that would deliver five Republican strongholds, a blow to Democrat gerrymandering and a win for Trump’s America heading into 2026.
They call it a protest. We call it sabotage. In war, abandoning your post is desertion. In politics, it’s the same. These so-called representatives turned their backs on the very people they swore to serve, just to cling to their fragile, fading power. Traitors, not lawmakers.
If the Democrats are anything is that they are creatures of habit and are like political lemmings running headlong over the side of a mountain ledge right into a political abyss. When Texas Gov. Greg Abbott went full speed to engage in Texas Vote Redistricting Plan the Democrats thought they could reach into their bag of political tricks to at least delay the inevitable. After all, didn’t these political shenanigans work back in 2021 when most of these same uncreative Democrat hacks fled to Washington, D.C. under the same political pretext… “protecting Democracy.”

Felonies, Fines, and the Stench of Treason
Abbott isn’t stopping with political exile. He’s pulling out every weapon in the arsenal:
· $500-a-day fines for each runaway Democrat, draining their war chest with every hour of cowardice.
· A warning that fundraising to cover their penalties may itself be illegal, exposing a criminal conspiracy between fleeing Democrats and their shady donors.
· A looming possibility of felony charges for abandoning elected duty in a deliberate, orchestrated plot to cripple the Texas legislature.
This isn’t civil disobedience. It’s a coordinated act of treason against the state of Texas, a deliberate attempt to break the machinery of government when they realized the people’s will was against them. Treason doesn’t deserve compassion. It deserves handcuffs and political obliteration.

Patriots Stand, Cowards Run – The Battle Line in Texas
Republicans, backed by Donald Trump’s renewed leadership in the White House, stayed on the battlefield. They showed up in Austin, ready to legislate, ready to fight for families, jobs, borders, and real American sovereignty.
