What does this Aristotelian aphorism mean in the context of the academic and judicial career of Chief Judge Richard A. Posner? It means that this Rogue, Activist Judge who served 36 years on the bench [1981-2017] was (despite his nomination by “Mr. Conservative” President Ronald Reagan), history has proven Posner to be an Arrogant, Rogue, Activist, Lawless and a Lawfare Judge until Judge Posner was forced to resign by President Donald J. Using a metaphor from the children’s fairytale, Alice in Wonderland, Judge Posner’s condition was like what happened to Alice during the tea party scene after she drunk the potion from the Mad Hatter. Alice (already very small) immediately shrunk down to the size of a peanut so that the Mad Hatter could quickly hide Alice inside a tea pot, out of sight from the Queen of Hearts’ soldiers who were doggedly tracking down Alice like a convicted CRIMINAL… This is Ironic, because it was the Queen of Hearts (e.g., a metaphor for the Deep State Democrat Socialist Party and the Satanic New World Order) who was the biggest Liar, Criminal and Tyrant of the Alice in Wonderland fairytale. In fact the embattled fugitive, Alice was the hero whose destiny (like President Trump who on April 3, 2025 gave America her Second Economic Emancipation Day he called Liberation Day) was to bring Freedom, Liberty and Prosperity to Wonderland!

Why did the Queen of Hearts want to capture Alice so badly?

What’s in a Name?–In the Ghetto (or ‘the Hood’) Everyone has a Nickname–Since my name was “Ellis” (named after my grandfather, Ellis Washington), some of the people in the Hood thought that my first name sounded like “Alice”. For 30 Years I stood outside in the snow, as a ‘Pro se Protegee’ on the cold, cold floor, just outside your chambers, down the hall from your Courtroom #4,
I reached out to you humbly as a Pro se Protegee to a Mentor… Nothing more…, Some may even call me, ‘The [Original] Spook Who Sat by the Door’.
For 30 Years I was told to work hard, to climb up the stairs of the [Illuminati] Pyramid of Power — a must, for it is ‘In God We Trust’.
So, I looked for that one Man of Honour — Chief Judge Richard A. Posner, they called him “The 10th Justice” [of the Supreme Court]… or is it JUST-US? . . . Would this be a Man in whom I could put my Trust, or would Judge Posner be a bust, my Academic dreams turned to futility, failure and dust?!?

And what did I see…? NOTHING! Said I to Thee.

For I soon had a great Epiphany… Oh, King Richard (Posner) which is this Heralded Decree! … It was not I that was afraid of Thee, but it was You! (and the Amoral Academy) Oh, Exalted Potentate Chief Judge Richard A. Posner, who was from the beginning, afraid of Me!
