I am not a conspiracist; however, during my 25 years of studying the Constitution, I’ve often wondered if there is an unseen hand, a shadow justice that controls how all justices on the Supreme Court reach their legal conclusions. Does an invisible justice exist that is neither appointed by the president nor approved by the Senate who dictates how they write their judicial decrees?

How did America so tragically betray its sacred promise to the world as a beacon of freedom symbolized by Lady Liberty standing proudly, holding her lamp aloft and beckoning the world to come to her majestic shores? President Obama’s naked frontal attack upon Christianity (not just the Catholic Church, but against all religious faiths) via his latest policy moves by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius and their arrogant attempts to mandate that all religious and Christian-based hospitals, charities, colleges, universities and nonprofit organizations give away free contraception, abortion, abortifacient drugs and sterilization services on demand is both a patent violation of the separation of powers doctrine of the U.S. Constitution as well as the free exercise of religion protected by the First Amendment.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited Cairo, Egypt, in late January for four days of discussions with judges, law school faculty, law school students and legal experts to “listen and learn.” While there she suggested Egyptian revolutionaries not use the U.S. Constitution as a model post-Arab Spring. The battle has been ongoing for almost a century now.5 Take the case, Citizens Against Rent Control v. City of Berkeley, the Court held: “The integrity of the political system will be adequately protected if contributors are identified in a public filing revealing the amounts contributed; if it is thought wise, legislation can outlaw anonymous contributions.” 6 This is a clear, unmistakable utterance of ‘black letter law’ from the Supreme Court.
