USAID didn’t just operate as a fraud and money laundering device for Democrats, it was also an arm of the anti-human eugenics movement. Truly an evil group who mask the horrible things they’ve done with some good sounding charity that they then use as a shield from any criticism.
As President Trump begins his sixth whirlwind week of his second as POTUS, it is 100% clear to all real journalists, political analysists, policymakers, political historians and others that Trump’s first few weeks in office has effectively eclipsed the 4 years of ‘Resident’ Biden and the 8 years of Comrade Barack Obama in terms of its effectiveness, vision and the lightning speed of which Trump and “his wrecking ball” Elon Musk is getting into the belly of the Deep State Beast in the zealous efforts of DOGE = Department of Government Efficiency.
DOGE’s first target was the OMB or Office of Management and Budget. DOGE’s second target was the Treasury Department which apparently is the inner sanctum of Democrat money laundering corruption or over 1.5 MILLION NGOs (e.g., Non-Governmental Organizations) that in 2025 has evolved into a Democrat Socialist Party Clearinghouse that corrupt, treasonous bureaucrats of the Deep State essentially writes $6 TRILLION in checks annually out of the OMB and the Treasury Department–the majority of which $$$ come right back into the pockets and offshore bank accounts of corrupt Democrat Party politicians and their allied lobbyists, the over 1.5 MILLION of NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations) like billionaire George Soros Open Society Foundations slithering around inside the Washington D.C. swamp.
I can’t wait for Musk’s DOGE team to audit (and dismantle) the IRS and change it into the ERS (External Revenue Service) and to expose, deconstruct and destroy the Federal Reserve (the head of the Leviathan beast), and to see if there is really any gold in Fort Knox.

It is therefore ironic that not one Democrat complained when this Nigerian, Wally ADEYEMO, had access to hundreds of millions of Americans social security numbers which he allowed CHINA remote access to all U.S. Treasury computers – the agency responsible for disbursing ever federal government payment = $6 TRILLION annually. Yet Elon Musk and his DOGE team who is doing yeoman’s work for We the People has already save America hundreds of billions in 2 weeks, and all they get from Democrats are charges that THEY are stealing the money of the American people. . . Presently DOGE is in the midst of putting another huge favorite federal government agency called USAID (started in 1961 by JFK). Elon and his small team of about 6-7 genius engineers and nerdy computer geeks ages 19-24 have been working 24/7 for 7 weeks now to find out the extent of Democrat Party fraud, waste and abuse against the American people… and it is beyond anyone’s wildest nightmares!
As an Exhibit A—Look at the 1977 quote below by Reimert Ravenhold, a Director of USAID at the time to see at how fast USAID had morphed from an agency that at its origins by President John Kennedy in 1961 provided disaster relief (food, clothing, clean water) to war torn and impoverished nations, into now being an uncontrollable Leviathan monster the wasted BILLIONS in American tax dollars on essentially using foreign aid to deconstruct and destroy America from within using the cudgel called LGBT-Q+ and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)—
According to a good article by Simon Kent of Breitbart.com, titled—Musk’s DOGE Chasing ‘Big Money Fraud’ with Access to Medicare, Medicaid Payments,
“Elon Musk’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) now has on-site access to payments and contracting information from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which oversees the healthcare coverage to more than one third of Americans, as it seeks to root out embedded deep state fraud and waste,” Kent writes.
CMS, a part of the Department of Health and Human Service with 6,710 employees of its own, disbursed $1.5 trillion in outlays in fiscal year 2024, about 22 percent of total federal spending.
Musk is in no doubt about what now lies ahead for DOGE as it hunts down those fleecing American taxpayers of their hard-earned dollars, taking to social media and declaring: “Yeah, this is where the big money fraud is happening”—
Despite of continuous and relentless shrieking and hysterics by certain members Democrat Party members of Congress for the 3 weeks that Musk’s DOGE team has been in essence to an forensic audit of several government agencies including their latest one’s –a Medicare, Medicaid ( = CMS = Center for Medicare Services) and the Department of Education, a favorite tentacle of the Democrat Government Leviathan that Republicans have endeavored to deconstruct and send back to the States since President Ronald Reagan’s pledge during his first term in 1981!
Kent writes that, “Musk’s team is yet to access the database that includes enrollees’ personal data, and the DOGE access is “read-only,” meaning it cannot make changes to the system, but it can pinpoint areas of fraud in the process.”
“CMS has two senior Agency veterans — one focused on policy and one focused on operations — who are leading the collaboration with DOGE, including ensuring appropriate access to CMS systems and technology,” CMS said in a statement Wednesday to media sites confirming DOGE access.
“We are taking a thoughtful approach to see where there may be opportunities for more effective and efficient use of resources in line with meeting the goals of President Trump.”
UPI reports more than $100 billion in improper Medicare and Medicaid payments were made in 2023, according to the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Kent states. “The $51.5 billion with Medicare and $21 billion with Medicaid represent 43 percent of all improper payments in the government. The Wall Street Journal first reported DOGE’s work at the agency with access to payment and contracting systems but it has not yet received access to databases containing identifiable health information about Medicare and Medicaid enrollees,” Kent states.
“Musk has vowed to cut between $1 trillion and $2 trillion from the federal budget. Much of that budget is for Social Security, Medicaid, military and debt payments. Medicare, the federal health program for adults 65 and over and the disabled, has about 66 million people while Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program covers nearly 80 million,” Kent continues.
“The DOGE team have also accessed similar systems at the Treasury Department in the quest for fraud and met at the Labor Department on Wednesday afternoon as part of their mandate to cut federal spending and the size of the government. USAID saw all its [10,000 member] staff put on leave.” This number does not include the roughly 300 “essential” staff that currently remains at the Treasury Department. Knowing the 4-D chess mind of Trump and Musk, I believe this will be his modus operandi rather than getting rid of everyone and not having any original staff available to facilitate DOGE’s job to ascertain where all the taxpayers money is spent and the most important question—What politician got kickbacks and how much?!?
