Trump chains Mexican judge to Constitution

Are our U.S. judges, particularly at the federal and Supreme Court levels, above any scrutiny or criticism? The U.S. Constitution and Donald Trump doesn’t think so and has been getting increasingly annoyed at a particular federal judge who seems to have a personal vendetta against Trump. The Republican leader further contends that a judge with Mexican heritage who is supervising a lawsuit against Trump University has an “inherent conflict of interest” based on the presumptive GOP nominee’s repeated campaign promise to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico to stop the tide of illegal immigration from Mexico.
Trump in a recent interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper was asked two dozen times was his comments against Judge Curiel “racist”? This vile form of yellow journalism is typical of the Democrat Press amounting to a dog whistle to the CNN and their Democrat base that all Republicans are ipso facto racist and to vote for a Republican is a vote for a KKK racist minus the white robes and hood. However, the Age of Trump has severely stopped this type of perverted political analysis against the Right. Why? Because Trump is an Man’s Man, an Alpha Male who never runs away from a political fight.
Trump’s observations to The Wall Street Journal on Thursday intensified a heart-felt defense by Trump against what he and a growing number of people who view Trump’s actions as a justified counter-attack against U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who previously ordered sections of internal documents, including “playbooks” regarding operation of this educational entity, to be released as part of a lawsuit against Trump University. This prejudicial act by Judge Curiel together with a number of adverse rulings against Trump in this case was viewed by many objective observers as justice not being ‘blind’ but choosing sides favoring the plaintiff even as the plaintiff’s chief witness was dismissed because she was found to be very supportive of Trump University, yet this same Judge Curiel refused to grant Trump summary judgment and dismiss the case for partisan political reasons Trump has now exposed to the world.
The central questions that Trump courageously raises and answers in the affirmative is this—Are judges above the Rule of law? Is Judge Curiel, an open-borders Democrat judge appointed by President Obama, where Trump and some of his campaign aides have also complained that Curiel as a member of the former La Raza Lawyer’s Association, which is a leading Latino lawyers group in California and a big supporter of President Obama and the Democrat Socialist Party’s illegal immigration executive actions.
The incriminating documents against Trump were released in reply to a request by The Washington Post, whose billionaire Democrat owner Jeff Bezos has is so radically and obsessively anti-Trump that he uses his “newspaper” as a propaganda rag to publish any unsubstantiated lies against Trump. For example, in May 2016 Bezos Trump derangement syndrome cause he to dedicate 20 “reporters” presently employed by the Washington Post for nothing else but full-time dirty digging on all things Trump as a Machiavellian attempt to pave the way for Criminal Hillary to serve as Obama’s third term.
“I’m building a wall. It’s an inherent conflict of interest,” Trump told the Wall Street Journal, as a necessary counter-attack against the numerous unconstitutional and prejudicial acts by judge Curiel who in essence is behaving like a political pawn of Obama. Furthermore, little is mentioned in the Democrat Press that Judge Curiel’s anti-Trump document dump was done in such haste that a few days later the judge had to retract the document dump against Trump so that many of the documents could be properly redacted so that private and sensitive information about Trump and Trump University would not become public domain, yet it is impossible to unwring a bell.
On this point Ezra Dulis writing for Breitbart said, “Trump has questioned the impartiality of U.S. District Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel, often bringing up his Mexican heritage. Curiel, in turn, released sealed court documents to the public — later pulling some of them because he had “mistakenly” revealed sensitive information about several parties in the case.”
CNN senior legal analyst, Jeffrey Toobin, contended on CNN’s Anderson Cooper Show Thursday night, that Curiel’s Mexican background was not a reason for him to step down from the case. “The ethnicity of the judge is not in it of itself a grounds for recusal, ever,” Toobin argued. “And that is a claim that Trump – under the First Amendment – is certainly allowed to make, but it is completely wrong under the law.”
Curiel has permitted into evidence the “playbooks” about Trump’s besieged namesake school to become public domain. Judge Curiel’s reasoning is there is now public interest in them since Trump “became the front-runner in the Republican nomination in the 2016 presidential race, and has placed the integrity of these court proceedings at issue.” This blatantly unconstitutional and prejudicial behavior caused Trump to fight back—”I have a judge who is a hater of Donald Trump, a hater. He’s a hater,” Trump said on Friday in San Diego, saying Curiel is, “We believe, Mexican, which is great.”
What makes Trump truly an historical and iconic political figure we haven’t seen since Theodore Roosevelt (1901-0), is that Trump always does big bold acts in defense of principle and damn the consequences! Of course the Democrat Press including Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” host Megyn Kelly said presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was “out of line” for claiming a conflict of interest because of the Mexican heritage of U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, the federal judge sitting on the Trump University case. To her and the Democrat Press Trump’s attacks against Curiel was “out of line.”
Conservative commentator Bill Bennett agreed saying “Yeah it’s out of line. It’s a shame too, because it was a good day, it was an important day for Trump with the Paul Ryan thing.”
One commentator to an article by Breitbart, ‘Charlie468’ said, “He needs the Mexican vote to get elected. His attack on the judge because of his ethnic roots and the attack on the New Mexico Governor were stupid and only help Clinton.” This prompted a reply by ‘Dude911’: “The only way Trump is going to get the Hispanic voters on his side is to appeal to the ones that can vote, not to the illegals who burn US flags in the street and hoist the Mexican flag. Those who value the rule of law, the protection of freedom, and oppose anarchy are the ones who are American, the ones who hold Christian values above the dog eat dog lifestyle in Mexico, where drug cartels dictate what laws are.”
I agree with Dude911 to not “buy into the sob story liberals spread about prejudice and rights, it’s a straw man tactic without a foundation to stand on.” Yet this is the idiots nest we are all forced to live in the twenty first century by Holocaust Democrats who are the gatekeepers of modern society. However, Trump is anti-PC. He hates conventional thinking and conventional cowardly politicians and intellectually lazy and prejudiced Democrat Press. If the Democrat Press and so-called “Black leaders” can always call Black people “African American”, (whereby most have never even visited Africa), then why can’t Trump call Judge Curiel “Mexican American”?
Trump isn’t attacking Judge Curiel’s ethnicity, he’s attacking the judge’s shameful conflating of socialist politics with legal jurisprudence.
In a recent CNN interview with Jake Tapper Trump put Tapper in the hot seat and exposed his ignorance about the Trump University litigation and the political fascism by the Democrat plaintiff law firm against him. Here’s some excerpts from the interview—
TRUMP: I should have won this case on summary judgment. This is not a case – this is a case I should have won on summary judgment. Do you know the law firm paid Hillary Clinton hundreds of thousands of dollars [$675,000.00] to make speeches?
TAPPER: No…
TRUMP: Do you know they’ve contributed a lot of money to Eric Schneiderman, the New York Attorney General?
TAPPER: Here is my question.
TRUMP: No, no, do you know that?
TAPPER: I did not know that.
Just from this short exchange with the Holocaust Democrat press on can clearly see that Trump will always be in an existential conflict with the Democrat Socialist Party and the Republican Socialist Party because Trump hates Socialism Slavery to his core and loves ‘America First’ Nationalism enough to die for it and to put himself and his family under such societal torture.

as a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District
of California.
Holocaust Democrats steal power when We the People allow them to control language and pervert what is acceptable in society. Thus when Jefferson declares, “Two enemies of the people are Criminals and Government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first,” like an Old Testament prophet Jefferson is speaking through the Ages that NO MAN ABOVE THE LAW and to allow any person, politician or judge to be above criticism, outside the chains of the U.S. Constitution is to invite the destruction of the Republic.
Finally, Trump to the bottom of his soul loves and reveres America, capitalism, and the Republic of America’s Founding Fathers, particularly the words of Thomas Jefferson who understood the dangers of Holocaust Democrats, liberal fascism, and unchecked government power whether it is from a politician or a politician-appointed judge like Curiel—an activist judge appointed by President Barack Obama not to uphold the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution, but to deconstruct and pervert America’s Judeo-Christian traditions and institutions—Either We the People must put politicians and judges all in CHAINS or they will keep U.S. all in chains.
In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.
