He is not!
Furthermore, because of Posner’s Solipsistic, Socialist, academic and judicial platforms he (and the Marxist Academy) essentially worships his own ideas, philosophy and writings (which according to the Bible is idolatry) as if Judge Posner believes that he is more clever, smarter and better than everyone else in the world… even on the Supreme Court?!? In other words, Judge Posner seems to derive some form of arrested development, perverse pleasure by constantly reviling and denigrating Natural Law, Natural Rights, Textualism and Originalism academics, philosophers, legal scholars, judges, and even Justices of the Supreme Court who based their decisionmaking only on the Original Intent of the Constitutional FRAMERS alone cannot escape Posner’s insipid hatred and petty jealousy of jurists on SCOTUS who are above him in vocation and (in most cases) in judicial temperament despite his de facto pseudonym, “The 10th Justice”.

On 1 Sept. 2017 Judge Richard Posner retires from the bench abruptly after 36 years. Why? Due to Alzheimer disease, a form of Dementia? Returning to my previous line of questioning–Why Judge Posner’s so-called defense of Pro Se plaintiffs and defendants was not the real reason why Posner was forced to resign from the Court on 1 Sept. 2017? Because as the title of this essay implies — I was Posner’s original PRO SE PROTEGEE, yet Chief Judge Posner treated me like a NIGGER for the 30 years that I’ve reached out to him in vain, not as a Pro se plaintiff or defendant… but as a mentor, colleague, a sounding board, an antagonist, a counselor, or as a friend.
There were many, many other scholars I reached out to before him like Associate Justice Clarence Thomas (in Jan. 1989) and concurrent with reaching out to Judge Posner like the Black Economist, Writer and Hoover Institution Fellow, Dr. Thomas Sowell (who sent me a ‘nice’ letter suggesting writing manuals I should consult instead of helping me get some of my earliest academic manuscripts published). Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century. Which means that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post–Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today. David Strauss is right: The Supreme Court treats the Constitution like it is authorizing the court to create a common law of constitutional law, based on current concerns, not what those 18th-century guys were worrying about.
