About the Author—Professor Ellis Washington, J.D.—I went to Harvard Law School with future POTUS Barack Hussein Obama for 1 year (1988-89), but I took the opposite path in Life—New World Order, Communism, Treason, Pedophilia & Satanic Ritual Abuse vs. Christianity, Conservatism, Protecting the Children & TRUMPism. I repeatedly refused to take the “Satan OATH” which is why I’ve been blacklisted for 30+ yearsfor my entire legal and academic career, yet I Fight on! Socratic Dialectical Inquiry – Is Megan Brown’s appointment as the first Black Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review Good News or Affirmative Action Propaganda cynically used to obscure existential IDEOLOGICAL RACISM rampant throughout all institutions in America…including the Academy? You decide! Here is my response sent via email to Ms. Megan Brown and copied to about 400 academics – including 200 University of Michigan Departments, Faculty, and Student organizations via the Michigan Law Review Facebook page:

Prologue to “Faces from the Bottom of the Well”

Congratulations!!! MEGAN BROWN for your appointment as the first Black Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review.

Although when I initially discovered your laudable achievement on Facebook while sending my latest lecture review essay to various departments at – Harvard, Yale, Cornell, University of Chicago, Stanford, Northwestern, and various other colleges, law schools …including my alma mater, University of Michigan. Yet at that time (Oct. 23rd), when I sent my initial Facebook post to you, I hadn’t read the Free Press article noting the specific biographical details of your historical appointment. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that you background was similar to mine in many respects – First, we both were born in Michigan and spent significant time in Atlanta (I live in Atlanta now and attended law school there 25 years ago).

I was born in Detroit (later educated and married in Ann Arbor) and came of age as a 5-year-old in the ghettos of the Motor City, watching Detroit burn and looted during the 1967 Detroit Riotsnever to free herself from the Socialism Slavery of the Democrat Party Plantation… even to this DAY!) Thus, admittedly my worldview due to age, politics, family background, worldview, and historical pathology may be slightly more… how shall I say… jaded than your optimistic view of this world and its opportunities. 30 years ago I used to believe in the American Dream, but now I’m convinced that the comic George Carlin was correct when he famously said, “The reason they call it the American Dream is because you have to be asleep to believe it.”

Nevertheless, I and millions of Americans in the Age of President Donald J. Trump are ‘WOKE’ now. Trump told the truth exposing the Satanic, Racist, Perverted, Eugenics, CIA-MK-Ultra, CIA-Operation Mockingbird-controlled institutions of America during the 2016 Presidential Election– “It’s a rigged and corrupt system…” Now We the People – despite economics, politics, race, gender, or creed must pull together to destroy the Machiavellian Deep State System and replace this Racist, Marxist, Eugenicist, Globalist System with what the constitutional Framers originally gave U.S… Natural Law and Natural Rights (e.g., the Common Law).

Secondly, like you I was an Editor on the Michigan Law Review 30 years ago – a Staff Editor (May-Aug. 1989). However, unlike you I came to the Michigan Law Review literally from off the streets! I tested on the Law Review with no law experience, nobody that mentored me in the law… and at the time of my MLR appointment it was 2 YEARS before I would become a law student, yet I beat out all of the top 2Ls and 3Ls students on the Blue Book Rules test we were given by MLR Executive[?] Editor Erik G. Light and I won the MLR Editor position without the stigma, shame and doubt of Affirmative Action L-I-E-S!

Ms. Brown, since I know you are a very busy young lady, I won’t waste your time restating what I’ve declared to the Evolution Atheist Academy for over the past 30 years regarding my long, iconoclastic Odyssey from the ghettos of Detroit to Harvard GSAS & Harvard Law to becoming an Editor at the Michigan Law Review. If interested in reading that aspect of my biography, here is an excerpt from my 2017 essay letter, Letter to Dean John Manning, Harvard Law School’s New Dean, Part 1

Me (age 26) leaving for Harvard Graduate School of Arts Sciences (August 1988)
From the Concentration Camps of Detroit to the Michigan Law Review & Harvard Law

As a child born and survived inside the Dante Inferno-like American Concentration Camps called ‘the Projects’ and ‘Ghettos’ of Detroit, nevertheless I came to Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences & Harvard Law School [Aug. 1988] literally one step from the streets! I had virtually no mentors to guide me, no one to help me. Six months later, against all odds I won a coveted Staff Editor position at the Michigan Law Review by testing in and triumphing over the top tier 2Ls & 3Ls at the University of Michigan Law School who possessed much more law experience and scholarly credentials than I had… yet as the biblical David defeated Goliath, I tested better on the Blue Book Rules than my competitors and was this time granted Justice—I WON!

The three Michigan Law Review Volumes we edited back in the day (May-Aug. 1989) are linked below. I was told personally by my colleague and supervisor Editor-in-Chief, David Meyer (current Dean at Tulane Law School), that these volumes were the best- sellers in Michigan Law Review history!) Gregory Heller, now Partner of a prestigious Philadelphia law firm, was in 1989 the Managing Editor of the Michigan Law Review. Greg Heller was a true and supportive law review colleague and later was kind enough to write me a letter of recommendation chronicling my editorial duties on the Michigan Law Review – a letter I used to gain admittance to law school. Dean Emeritus Toni M. Massaro, Mari Matsuda, and Professor Richard Delgado are three of the people whose scholarly writings on Legal Narrative I particularly enjoyed reading and was granted the honor by Editor-in-Chief, David Meyer to serve as the primary editor of their manuscripts on Legal Narrative during my tenure at the Michigan Law Review.

*N.B.: Since I always took meticulous notes, there- fore, to see which other Michigan Law Review manuscripts I was the primary editor on, you’ll have to read my Manifesto manuscript. See the concluding chapters—The Progressive Revolution:  Vol. 4—2013-14 Writings). Here are the Michigan Law Review volumes our editorial board edited and published to national acclaim and notoriety. Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No. 6 (May 1989); Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No. 7 (June 1989); Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No.8 (Aug. 1989)

*N.B.: I challenge any law scholar copied here (to ‘Bear Witness’ to my inquiry to Dean Manning), to tell me of a law review staff that published three voluminous volumes of scholarly law review articles, monographs, book reviews and notes like those cited above within a 4-month period. We knew we were the best Editors in America at that time because we at the Michigan Law Review worked like dogs and yet it was the most intellectually satisfying work I had ever done before (or since)… at $6.00 per hour!
1989 Cover page Law Professor Richard Delgado’s law review article – One of several law review articles David Meyer, the then MLR Editor-in-Chief appointed me as the Lead Editor on 30 years ago as Staff Editor of the Michigan Law Review.

An interesting irony occurred while doing the research and writing of this essay letter to Megan Brown – I discovered reading the Wikipedia article about the Michigan Law Review that 2 of the 20 most notable and historical articles published in the Michigan Law Review’s 116 year history were published during my tenure there…! And furthermore, I was the Lead Editor on both articles!

  • Matsuda, Mari J. (1989). “Public Response to Racist Speech: Considering the Victim’s Story”. Michigan Law Review. Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No. 8. 87 (8): 2320–2381. doi:10.2307/1289306JSTOR 1289306.
  • Delgado, Richard (1989). “Storytelling for Oppositionists and Others: A Appeal for Narrative”. Michigan Law Review. Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No. 8. 87 (8): 2411–2441. doi:10.2307/1289308JSTOR 1289308.

Does Hard Work Always beget Achievement and Vocational Success …(in this World?)

However, because I would become an outspoken Black Conservative Academic that champions Natural Law & Natural Rights, I’ve been blacklisted for over 30 years. To this day, the University of Michigan libraries (including the law school whose law review I was an Editor on 30 years ago), refuse to even carry any of my 11 books which have been translated in over a dozen languages, published on 5 CONTINENTS and reside in dozens of prestigious libraries and intellectual archives throughout the world! This is what I meant by the subtitle to my 5 Vol. compendium exposing how the U.S. Constitution, America society and the World has been perverted, deconstructed and destroyed by the New World Order – “History of Liberal Fascism through the Ages.”

My Vol. 5 of The Progressive Revolution… was published in Jan. 2017, however, this Dedication – “To President Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States” – was made in the Prologue section the day I officially completed the manuscript to my publisher on 15 May 2016 – 8 months before Trump’s Inauguration (20 January 2017)!

In a 2017 essay letter I sent congratulating John Manning as the latest Dean of Harvard Law School, I summarized my scholarly output in this manner –

“Dean John Manning, here is a partial sample of my oeuvre: 10 books, over 2 dozen law review articles published on 5 continents, over 2,500 publish ed essays, articles, monographs, law review manuscripts. Also, in addition to my law scholarship for the past 30 years, I have been editor of over 30 musicological books, encyclopedias, monographs, manuscripts and articles by the legendary (plagiarized by [a noted] Harvard faculty and ignored) Black Historian—Professor Arthur R. LaBrew (1930-2015).”

*N.B.: Since this list was published in 2017 (2 years ago) my revised oeuvre = 11 books, over 3 dozen scholarly articles, and over 3,000 essays, monographs, and ancillary works.

Question #1? What was Harvard Law Dean John Manning’s response to my appeal for Intellectual and Ideological Diversity at Harvard Law School made in Part I & Part II? Not a single word from either him or the hundreds of faculty members, administrators, and academic departments I sent this essay to… It is the Silence of the Lambs.

Question #2? What was my fellow Native Detroiter Harvard’s New President Lawrence Bacow’s response to my appeal (via Letter to Yale Law Professor Tracey Meares) for Intellectual and Ideological Diversity at Yale University and Harvard University? Not a single word from either President Bacow, Professor Meares, or the hundreds of faculty members and dozens of academic departments I sent this essay to at Harvard, Yale and to about 50 other Miseducation Concentration Camps (e.g., Law Schools)…. It is the Silence of the Lambs.

Question #3? What was former University of Michigan Law Dean (1987-94) and current Columbia University President Lee Bollinger’s response to my appeal for Intellectual Diversity at Harvard Law School I made to him in Part I? Not a single word from either him or the over 250 of law deans, law faculty members and dozens of academic departments I sent this essay to… It is the Silence of the Lambs.

Question #4? What was Harvard President Drew Gilpin Faust’s response to my appeal for Intellectual and Ideological Diversity at Harvard Law School? Not a single word from either her or the hundreds of faculty members, administrators, and dozens academic departments I sent this essay to… It is the Silence of the Lambs.

Question #5? What was the response to my appeal to Provost Michael Kotlikoff at Cornell Law School? Not a single word from either him or the hundreds of faculty members, administrators, and dozens academic departments I sent this essay to… It is the Silence of the Lambs.

Question #6? What was Harvard Law Dean Martha Minow, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Lawrence Tribe, Alan Dershowitz, Derrick Bell, Charles Ogletree, and my former HLS Professor Randall Kennedy’s response to my appeal for Intellectual and Ideological Diversity at Harvard Law School cited in Part I? Not a single word from all of them, or the hundreds of faculty members, administrators, and dozens of academic departments I sent this essay to… It is the Silence of the Lambs. *N.B.: The two exceptions: Professor Dershowitz (see Part II) and Dean Minow who did send me a perfunctory letter acknowledging my book gift to her in honor of my intellectual mentor of 31 yearsJustice Clarence Thomas).

U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas with Harvard Law School Dean Martha Minow (29 Jan. 2013). All 5 Vols. of my book compendium, The Progressive Revolution, were dedicated to my intellectual mentor – Justice Clarence Thomas – who since my arrival at Harvard in 1988 (31 years ago) has exceedingly served as a pillar of strength in the midst of a stormy sea of Ideological Racism and Democrat Party Race Hypocrisy. *N.B.: Since 2015 (his Freshman year in college),  Justice Thomas has been my son, Stone Washington’s intellectual mentor (along with my other dear friend and mentor, Dr. Walter Williams, Professor Emeritus of Economics at George Mason University).

Epilogue—Challenges for Megan Brown’s Michigan Law Review Appointment and the Apotheosis of President Donald J. Trump

At this point I must ask your forgiveness Ms. Brown for my asking so many rhetorical questions throughout this essay letter. My reason for being rather quizzical and redundant is that I leaned Socratic Dialectical Inquiry decades before I ever set foot in law school (as a most effective means of exposing real issues and truth) by reading and studying the Classical works by – Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Sophocles, Aeschylus, Juvenal, Ovid, Marcus Aurelius, and the other iconic Greek and Roman writers from antiquity .

Since Socratic dialectical reasoning is part of my DNA now, allow me poise just a few more questions to you— Will you become a future tragic ‘Question #7’ – e.g., just another unremarkable Academic Apparatchik who for the Judas price of 30 pieces of silver secured for a short time her “Legal career”? her “Academic career” ? Will you (like most others who ‘made it’ in this world) sell your Soul to the Devil in exchange for Prestige, Recognition, and Celebrity – all the while ignoring to your own deconstruction what the late, legendary Law Professor Derrick Bell painfully chronicled as, “Faces at the Bottom of the Well”?

30 years ago I begged then Harvard Law Dean Robert C. Clark to allow me (as a Harvard GSAS History student) to take Professor Derrick Bell’s famous “Race Racism” class, but alas it was full to maximum capacity. As a consolation prize, my first two law classes I ever took were at Harvard Law School: International Law: The European Common Market and Professor Randall Kennedy’s Human Rights Law: The Apartheid Legal System in South Africa. *N.B.: Professor Derrick Bell (1930-2011) was one of the very few professors with the courage to respond to my 30-year appeals for an end to Ideological Racism in the Academy and to champion Ideological Justice in America. While he didn’t help me get a faculty position in a substantive way as I had hope, he did acknowledge my Humanity by responding to my pleas for ending Ideological Racism in the Marxist-Alinsky Academy.

THE ETERNAL BATTLES BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL – My last book(?) – Nigger Manifesto (2018), chronicles my hellish nearly 40-year odyssey battling Liberal Fascism and Deep State Disinformation Networks (including the Marxist-Alinsky Academy) designed to keep U.S. all enslaved inside this Fake, Virtual, CIA “Operation Mockingbird” World of existential and eternal Dystopia, Race Wars and Nihilism? – or what English Philosopher Thomas Hobbes ubiquitously called, Bellum omnium contra omnes (War of all against all).

SOLUTION – CURE? = The Apotheosis of the Age of Trump (15 June 2015 – Present) and Power and Redemptive Blood of Jesus Christ which I’m convinced will soon end this 243-year Satanic New World Order Slavery over Humanity which I believe began at the advent of Modernity with the founding of the Illuminati by Jesuit-trained Adam Weishaupt on 1 May 1776 just 2 months before God used the Constitutional Framers to found the United States of America on 4 July 1776what Conservative intellectual, Dr. William Bennett referred to in his multi-volume 2006 book – “The Last Best Hope” [for the WORLD]!

Michigan Law Review Symposium on Ideological Racism [2020]

Megan Brown, will you use your influential MLR position to rediscover and give academic legitimacy to the Original Intent of the Constitutional Framers which is Natural Law and Natural Rights? Will you grant me (and millions of other censored “Faces at the Bottom of the Well” – Christians, Conservatives, Independents, Libertarian scholars in America) the human dignity to answer my questions? … Not only to engage in rhetoric, but will you use your MLR Editorship to act to change the world for Good? Or even better yet, will you convene and invite me to speak at a Symposium at the Michigan Law School later this year based on what MLK’s mentor the Theologian Paul Tillich called this ‘Question of Ultimate Concern’? – Will the Age of Trump begin to Re-establish Natural Law and Natural Rights in American Constitutional Jurisprudence and Society by 2020?

*N.B.: 30 Years Late! – On Oct. 2-3, 2017, I was given the first-time honor to be invited to a Law Symposium hosted by the Faulkner Law Review to deliver my Constitutional Law and Legal History paper on the singular champion of Evolution Atheism Jurisprudence – the iconic Socialist, Progressive, Activist, Anti-Natural Law jurist of the twentieth century – Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. (SCOTUS: 1902-32). This paper was published that same year in the Faulkner Law Review and reprinted in my academic blog in – Ellis Washington, 1918-2018—100 Years of UnNatural Law of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, 9 Faulkner Law Review No. 1, 209 (Fall 2017), pp. 171-226.

The above excerpts are the cover page and the Epilogue of my Holmes law review article predicting that President Donald J. Trump’s America First/MAGA Agenda will usher in a new era of rediscovery, respect and veneration of the constitutional Framer’s original Common Law jurisprudence and controlling political philosophy –

e.g., Natural Law and Natural Rights = Rights given by God to Man by virtue of their sacred humanity created in the image of God. Rights that never can be rescinded by Man, and that mandates a scrupulous integration of Legality and Morality according to the Judeo-Christian traditions of intellectual thought and the Bible. Natural Law is based on St. Augustine’s maxim – Lex iniusta non est Lex (An unjust law is no law at all).

Epilogue—Will the Apotheosis of Megan Brown be as a Daughter of Trump, Natural Rights, Liberty and Veritas, or Holmesian UnNatural Law, Eugenics Racialism, Democrat Democide and New World Order Fascism?

Ms. Megan Brown, here is my final challenge to you – What will your Michigan Law Review appointment do combat Ideological Racism at the University of Michigan? What can your Michigan Law Review appointment do to combat this existential 160 Years of academic treachery by Marxists and Darwinists, Socialists, Eugenicists & Alinsky Academics who reign supreme and unchallenged at the 95-100% percentile throughout America’s Miseducation Concentration Camps we euphemistically call Colleges and Universities, Law Schools, Medical Schools, Business Schools, Graduate Schools…? When 95-100% of America’s Faculty and Administrators voted for Barack Obama and the Democrat Socialist Party, is this representative of TRUE Intellectual and Ideological Diversity, or Slavish Sophism and Grotesque Gestapo Groupthink?

Taking the meaning of my essay letter to you to an even deeper, profound level – During the Age of Trump can the Common Law (which is Natural Law, Natural Rights) – be revived in American Constitutional Jurisprudence, or will Liberal Judicial Activism (espoused by SCOTUS Justices: Ginsburg, Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor [and sometimes Roberts]), which is Holmesian Evolution Atheism Jurisprudence based on Darwinian Evolution writ large… enslave U.S. all? To assist your answer that question, see my law review article on Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes which is a succinct but comprehensive review of American Legal History, Moral Politics and Jurisprudence (1870-2020). Also see, Ellis Washington, Social Darwinism in Nazi Family and Inheritance Law, 13 Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion, 173-225 (2011).

Here’s my latest lecture essay review of John Birch Society CEO Art Thompson’s lecture series, “Myths vs. Facts” – Myths vs. Facts (Part 19) – Spiritualism: Influence in America.  Please share with others… especially our Youth who are miseducated with Spiritualism (Drug abuse & the Occult), Socialism Slavery, Liberal Fascism, Evolution Atheism, Eugenics Racialism, Communist Democide, Liberal Fascism, Gestapo Globalism, Judicial Activism, and many, many other damnable Heresies of unredeemed Mankind.

What is a Man’s Worth?

In 1989, as an Editor on the Michigan Law Review, I made $6.00 per hour. 30 years later in 2019 as a substitute teacher in ‘the Hood’ I make…. (wait for it) $9.00 per hour! My 17-year-old daughter (Eden), a high school senior, currently makes $12.00 per hour working at fast food restaurant, Chick Fil’A. My $1.00 ‘raise’ once every 10 years is proof of the Deep State Democrat Fascist Party trying to break me (and millions of Christians, Patriots, and Nationalists like me) because unlike my Harvard Law School colleague of 30 years ago, Barack Hussein Obama, I refused to take the Illuminous Deal with the Devil for Puffery Position, Fake Fame, Deceitful Celebrity to promote Liberal Fascism and Socialism Slavery. I AM A MAN! I may bend, but I will NEVER break or betray U.S. but will continuous wage War against the Socialism Slavery and Gestapo Globalism of the New World Order! I will fight for Natural Law and Natural Rights in America (and throughout the World) until my dying day devoted to Harvard University’s long ago despised and rejected motto…

Veritas Pro Christo et Ecclesiae!

(“Truth for Christ and the Church” – Harvard’s original 1692 Motto)
