In a free society, can the federal government, under the pretext of economic and wartime conditions, unilaterally expand the parameters of the Commerce Clause to dictate what crops people can plant for their own use and how much they can plant? Be careful how you answer this question, dear reader, since your answer will not be heard by the sound you make from your voice (yes or no), but by the chains future generations will hear jingling from your wrists, ankles and rattling inside your mind.
I am not a conspiracist; however, during my 25 years of studying the Constitution, I’ve often wondered if there is an unseen hand, a shadow justice that controls how all justices on the Supreme Court reach their legal conclusions. Does an invisible justice exist that is neither appointed by the president nor approved by the Senate who dictates how they write their judicial decrees?

President Obama’s naked frontal attack upon Christianity (not just the Catholic Church, but against all religious faiths) via his latest policy moves by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius and their arrogant attempts to mandate that all religious and Christian-based hospitals, charities, colleges, universities and nonprofit organizations give away free contraception, abortion, abortifacient drugs and sterilization services on demand is both a patent violation of the separation of powers doctrine of the U.S. Constitution as well as the free exercise of religion protected by the First Amendment.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited Cairo, Egypt, in late January for four days of discussions with judges, law school faculty, law school students and legal experts to “listen and learn.” While there she suggested Egyptian revolutionaries not use the U.S. Constitution as a model post-Arab Spring. Ginsburg words were spoken with the full understanding that Egyptian military officials were preparing to send to trial 19 American democracy and rights workers (including Sam LaHood, son of Ray LaHood, Obama’s secretary of transportation).
