Prologue to the Damnation and Deconstruction of Harvard University 

Is it a Tragedy that 6 weeks after this original writing below (24 Nov. 2023) that the first Black Woke Woman Harvard President Claudine Gay was forced to resign on 2 Jan. 2024 due to her vile and venal antisemitism statements at a Dec. 5, 2023 Congressional Hearing on American universities unwillingness to protect their Jewish students from on-campus violence?

Why this breach of fiduciary responsibility? It appears due to the fallout from the Gaza-Israel conflict, and after being exposed for a growing number of plagiarism charges suddenly “found” by Harvard in Gay’s doctoral thesis and in other writings of hers. These grievances by Jewish Students ignored by Harvard University has prompted a class-action lawsuit to be filed against Harvard on Jan. 11 for antisemitism and failure to protect Jewish Students from physical attacks and verbal abuse on campus.

Despite the fact that Harvard University was the first college founded in Colonial America by the Puritans in 1636 as a Christian College and Evangelical Seminary to train ministers to teach, preach and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the original 13 American colonies and throughout the WORLD!) Nevertheless, over time Harvard (and virtually all American colleges), have been systematically and collectively infiltrated by Leftist Academics pushing a Communist-Globalist-New World Order agenda particularly since the early 1870s, and thus higher education has fallen prey to the existential democidal delusions of Progressivism and Propaganda, Evolution and Eugenics, Nihilism and Big Lies.

Dear President Claudine Gay, Law School Dean John Manning, Harvard Law School Faculty & Student Organizations:

CONGRATULATIONS  to you President Gay on your new (and no doubt pathbreaking) appointment as the newest President of Harvard University. Kindly send a copy of this correspondence to your predecessor, President Lawrence Bacow, who is a fellow Detroiter I had the pleasure of corresponding with.

My former intellectual mentor, Harvard Law Professor Derrick Bell (1930-2011), whose contributions as a founder of the Critical Race Theory movement is critiqued in great detail in my attached law review article, [but for the intellectual cancer of ‘Woke Culture’] would be beaming with joy right now by your appointment because he literally sacrificed his storied legal career at Harvard Law School, and, in a de jure or de facto sense (I’m not certain which?), was forced to resign as the first Black tenured faculty member of Harvard Law School (1969-92). In so doing, Professor Bell was compelled to stand on principle, to relinquish his legendary civil rights and scholarly career in protest against Harvard Law School’s then failure to hire just ONE tenured Black woman professor. Professor Derrick Bell’s Wikipedia page chronicles those heady and controversial times as follows —

Epilogue to Anton Chekhov

I sometimes wonder if the title and narratives of Professor Derrick Bell’s book, Faces at the Bottom of the Well  are derivative of the Ideals and Idealism of that transcendent Russian dramatist and writer, Anton Chekhov (1860-1904)? particularly regarding the quote above. This passage (along with a proceeding quote by Dostoevsky– “It takes something more than intelligence to act intelligently“), was integrated convincingly into the narrative of a spy thriller I found both compelling and provocative titled, Anna (2019)(beg. @01:09).

B. Letter to Savannah State University President Cynthia Robinson Alexander (aka Negroes!… Get of the Damn Plantation!!)

Prologue – 16 Years Ago as a Professor of Law, History and Political Science (2008-09), Savannah State University Offered me a Choice – Status quo, or to ‘Get off the Damn Plantation’? (of the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Matrix)… And I took it!

Dear Savannah State University President Cynthia Robinson Alexander, Provost Richard Miller, Professor Benn Bongang, SSU Faculty, Staff & School Student Organizations:

Please accept and share with the Savannah State University Faculty, Students and Staff my latest law review article – THE DECONSTRUCTION OF AMERICAN LAW AND THE APOTHEOSIS OF PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, and the consolidation of these correspondences which is an outreach to the American Academy and all American Law Schools, titled–Essay Letter–Reply to President David Meyer on the Apotheosis of President Donald J. Trump.

These series of important historical essay letters and my law review article are in part In Memoriam to  Professor Derrick Bell (1930-2011), an intellectual mentor of mine and the first Black person to get tenure at Harvard Law School (1969-1991), and former Visiting Law Professor at New York Law School (1991-2011). The background narratives of my review of Professor Bell’s work, particularly as one of the Founding Fathers of the Critical Race Theory [CRT] movement, are contained in the first Essay Letter of this compendium, titled – “Letter to Harvard University President Claudine Gay.”

SSU will always have a special place in my heart for it was the first and only university to offer me a full-time position as a professor (for 3 years: 2008-11) which was cut short by President Obama’s first year budget cuts in early 2009. Nevertheless, that was a legendary year in SSU history which together with my Political Science colleague and friend, Professor Leonard ‘Lenny’ McCoy, we presented to the SSU student body at least a dozen Symposiums on various topics of academic interest including a Mock Presidential Debate which had over 250 students and some faculty in attendance. Later I was encouraged by Professor McCoy to chronicle and publish a narrative of that iconic event at SSU which I did in, The Day I took Fire from Obama (Nov. 1, 2008); See also, THE PROGRESSIVE REVOLUTION, Vol. I, pp. 124-28 (2013), and See Generally, Get off the damn Plantation! (Oct. 2011).

In the SSU Mock Presidential Debate in late Oct. 2008, Democrat candidate Barack Obama was played by a hardcore Socialist colleague, Professor Kevin Hales from the History Department (he later left SSU to earn his PhD at Duke University and is presently teaching in the Dept. of Communications at the University of Missouri). And I (Professor Ellis Washington), played the Republican candidate Senator John McCain (R-AZ). Professor Lenny McCoy was the debate moderator and host of this legendary event which even after it was over SSU students always stopped me in class, in the hall, or even in the cafeteria and enthusiastically talked about  that Mock Presidential Debate with me whenever I saw them on campus—even after Obama took office on Jan. 20, 2009 when winning the Presidential election.

I cannot affirm strongly enough regarding how that Mock Presidential Debate at SSU was an extraordinary epiphany experience for me. How? First, it gave me the COURAGE to cross the Rubicon so to speak; to get outside my comfort zone. Second, preparing for this event also greatly expanded my intellectual thinking and reasoning abilities to go to greater heights and deeper depths for which I am exceedingly grateful to the Savannah State University campus for providing me with the intellectual venue to exercise, perform, and allow these cognitive gifts to take root, blossom and thrive.

This SSU Mock Presidential Debate on Nov. 1, 2008 became the Singular Catalyst Event that 9 Years Later Eventually Freed my Mind from the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Matrix (e.g., Central Bankers Chattel and Debt Slavery Systems of Repression and Obsession, Democide, Division and Fear)

Our SSU Mock Presidential Debate Professor Lenny McCoy and I put on Nov. 1, 2008 was during the same time Barack Obama was actually first running against Senator John McCain (R-AZ) to become POTUS. One scene during the Presidential Mock Debate that especially affected me on a profound personal level was as I listened to my opponent (Barack Obama, played by SSU Professor Kevin Hales) detail the usual litany of Socialist Slavery policy initiatives the Democrat Party intended do for Black America if he was elected POTUS, nevertheless, despite my inner rage I kept my composure until it was my turn for closing remarks which are excerpted from my essay, The Day I took fire from Obama  (WorldNetDaily .com, Nov. 1, 2008) . . .

When I could take no more Socialist propaganda from Obama and his youthful minions (many of them my own students), I launched into an extemporaneous tirade, which I paraphrase below:

What is wrong with you people?! How long will you allow your minds to be shackled by Big Government liberalism and the Democratic Party? In the early 1930s, Franklin Delano Roosevelt promised you a “New Deal” and got your forefathers hooked on the drug of welfare and government handouts. In the 1960s, LBJ [President Lyndon Baines Johnson] gave you the “Great Society” and over $5 trillion dollars in new welfare spending to fight what LBJ called his “War on Poverty,” yet poverty over the past 40 years has grown exponentially. Even worse, there is a Poverty of  Spirit that is particularly acute in the Black community that remains undiagnosed and unacknowledged … even to this day.

Ladies and gentlemen, when will you say I don’t need your welfare, your universal health care, dental care, Social Security, food stamps and government cheese? I’ll buy my own cheese.  Negroes!… [Slams fist on the table] “GET OFF THE DAMN PLANTATION!”

(Stunned silence, followed by a crescendo of jeers)

I thought to myself, “Ohoooo-Noooo! I did it now! I really messed up. Did I cross the Rubicon? Did I cross the line of civility?” However, when I met the following day with my Political Science Department Chairman, Dr. Benn Bongang, he said, “Ellis, that was my favorite part of the debate. The students needed to hear what you said.” {end excerpt}

In frustration I interrupted my political opponent slamming my fist down on the podium and exclaiming to the entire audience … NEGROES!… GET OFF THE DAMN PLANTATION! The crowd almost went into a riot with exuberant laughter and applause, jeers and tears for nearly 10 minutes as Professor McCoy tried in vain to bring order to the debate. Later, I was pleased to learn that the SSU students in attendance (and those who weren’t there but was told about the event by their fellow students) all positively thanked me for taking such a bold stance even as the political reality soon became self-evident as Barack Obama went on to become the first Black POTUS two months later on 20 January 2009.

Little did I realize at that time, but would realize this epiphany experience 9 years later when Donald J. Trump succeeded Obama to become the 45th POTUS on 20 Jan. 2017 exposing America and the entire World to this unknown and tragic truism about who really controls America and the entire WORLD! –

GRAND CONSPIRACY? – That America for 150 YEARS [1871-2021] was secretly stolen from We the People and turned from a Republic into a CORPORATION. Thus, We the People were all collectively on the Plantation called, ‘THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.’ as chattel and debt Slaves of the Rothschild Central Bankers (e.g., ‘Rothschild Khazarian Mafia’) until the Apotheosis of President Donald J. Trump.

Is True Love Lipservice or Affirmative Action?–Historic Black Colleges and Universities [HBCUs] and the Political Party that Founded, Funded and Built them ALL

*N.B.: The Republican Party was founded in 1854 with the specific mandate to End the Evil Institution of Slavery… Period! The First President of the Republican Party?–Abraham Lincoln (1861-65), the man who literally gave his life to end Slavery and to save the Republic. The Democrat Socialist Party was founded in 1828 and historically has been the de facto party of – Slavery, Jim Crow, founder of the Klu Klux Klan, Women’s Rights (Feminist movement), Abortion, Affirmative Action Slavery, Welfare Slavery, Illegal Immigration (that kills Black jobs and deconstructs Black cities and the Black Family)

While the primary purpose of this Open Letter to Savannah State University Administration and Faculty, Staff and Students isn’t political but historical, nevertheless I would be remiss in my duty here if I didn’t remind you that SSU and the other 106 HBCUs were all founded after the Civil War (1861-65) by the White Republican Party to educate the former Black Slaves in order to make them independent citizens and to help them integrate better into American culture and society. This purpose was in part due to the tireless efforts for Black Freedom, Liberty and Equality by the Dean of the Abolitionist movement, Frederick Douglas (1817-95) based on his iconic aphorism –“Knowledge makes a man unfit to be a Slave.”

Therefore, since the HBUCs were all founded, funded and built by the White Republican Party and White Republican Party Policies whose singular purpose when the Republican Party was founded in 1854 was the Abolition of Slavery…Period! Therefore, it should not surprise anyone that all 107 HBCUs were founded, funded and built by White Republicans to help Black people fulfill Thomas Jefferson’s long-standing hope written in The Declaration of Independence on our country’s first birthday, “. . . that All Men are created equal.” Thus, Barack Obama, a Black man, nevertheless is a Democrat above his race, early in his first term drastically cut funding to the HBCUs directly causing mine and Professor Lenny McCoy’s 3-year contract to be cut short to only one year. In contrast, Barack Obama’s successor, President Donald J. Trump in only his 9th month in office on Sept. 18, 2017 President Trump made permanent a commitment of $255 million in annual funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and he increased funding for the Federal Pell Grant program by signing the FUTURE Act.

Regarding the substantive support and moral encouragement I’ve received from Yale University, let me be blunt–other than Jesus Christ, my only consolation that has sustained me during the crushing shame of being ignored and mocked, lied about and rejected by my peers, my colleagues for 40 years, not for anything I’ve done in treachery against my beloved America, but because of my Christian, Conservative, Natural Rights and Natural Law views, was from my intellectual mentor and friend–JUSTICE CLARENCE THOMAS (Yale Law School, Class of 1974) and the former Dean of Yale Law School, Judge Guido Calabresi (Yale Law School Dean, 1985-94). These law scholars at least responded to some of the law review articles and books I sent to them over the years with respectful, even favorable consideration. In particular, Dean Calabresi’s solicitude reminds me of a Bible scripture from Mark 9:41 –

Why weren’t the American people informed that former POTUS Barack Obama was from his birth trained to be a  foreign agent (e.g., Manchurian Candidate)?

Evanston, Illinois where Northwestern is located, has personally been an important city to me and my family for many years–(1) A year after we were married we moved to this city after I graduated from law school in 1994 where our first home we brought was in Evanston (1117 Harvard Terrace), (2) It was during this time in the 1990s where I wrote my earliest works on Constitutional Law, Legal History, Politics and Philosophy which were published in The Journal of the Social Critic through the recommendation and assistance of my intellectual mentor, the legendary Black Economist and Libertarian philosopher,  Dr. Walter E. Williams (1936-2020), (3) My first born son, Stone, who would later become my muse and my future best friend, was born at Evanston Hospital in Jan. 1997.

As a point of reference I have summarized my existential struggles to become a law faculty member in several correspondences over a 30-year period with one of your longest serving faculty members–Professor Anthony D’Amato, whom I recently learned at the time of this writing sadly died on March 24, 2018 at age 81. He will definitely be missed.  Another affable and supportive member of my efforts to receive equal treatment under the law from the Northwestern Law Faculty was Professor of Law Emeritus, James T. Lindgren.

As I think back over the past 30 years that I’ve shared various law review articles and academic essays with these scholars, I have these intense, emotive feelings regarding those interactions welling up in my Soul, those points of intersectionality if you will. Even though Professor’s D’Amato and Lindgren were senior faculty with tenure for most if not for all the time I knew them, during the times I corresponded with them and considered them distant “mentors”, nevertheless, their brief, infrequent, but earnest words of support, guidance and gratitude made me (at least for a fleeting moment) feel like a Man… like a Real person whose ideas meant something.

Even to this day I remember those inconspicuous interactions that still make me feel a tinge of lachrymose, a subtle yet existential pain of profound sadness that a Negro with my resume, a Black man with my unique and prolific academic output, an African American who has overcome so much ideological racism, vitriol, hatred and neglect over his 40-year scholarly career (1983-2023) has to demonstrate his intellectual gifts in this forum, in the presence of the vaunted Northwestern University School of Law Faculty. Why? Because of his race together with the Conservative politics, his Christian, Natural Law and Natural Rights worldview he steadfastly maintained, but was anathema to the Marxist-Globalist Academy. Nevertheless, I was forced by society to stoop to humiliating tactics like this as we approach Year 2024 – “Dear Northwestern Law School: Please give a Black Man like me, a Patriotic Brother like me a law faculty job!” 

Intermezzo (Interlude)

I surmise that my first acquaintance with Northwestern University came indirectly about 45 years ago from another person who was a Northwestern graduate in Music – my old French Horn Professor, Eugene Wade (M.M. 1958-59), Principal Horn Player of the Detroit Symphony (1972-2000). He was my horn professor during my freshman year in college at Wayne State University (1979-80), after which I transferred to DePauw University.

As far as I know Professor Wade had no idea of the intellectual apotheosis I made from studying Classical Music to History and Law during the time I knew him. Nevertheless, he was there at my earliest career as a horn player and ironically he was there by my side as my Assistant Principal horn when I played my last concert as the Principal Horn player of the Detroit Symphony Civic Orchestra in 1991 where three of the compositions we played at Detroit’s historic Orchestra Hall were – Wagner’s Overture to Die  Meistersinger, Beethoven’s Romance No. 2 in F major for Violin and Orchestra, and Brahms’s Symphony No. 2 in D Major, the former has horn solos throughout and the latter of which has a very famous long and difficult horn solo in the first movement. The concert was conducted by Joseph Striplin, a dear friend, mentor and the first Black violinist to join the DSO.

Over the past 45 years I’ve conspicuously endeavored to emulate the personality of Professor Wade who in my opinion was always a very kind and supportive person and a gentlemen of exquisite temperament and magisterial morality. The same goes for his ‘Right-hand Man’, Charles ‘Charlie’ Weaver (1932-2019), who played 2nd horn in the Detroit Symphony Orchestra next to Wade for over 25 years and was my first horn teacher in 1976 who I was recommend to by Marius Fossenkemper (1902-99), former principal clarinetist of the DSO whom I studied flute under in 1974-76. Charles Weaver is mentioned on p. 6 of the book excerpt, The Detroit Symphony Orchestra (2016) by Laurie Lanzen Harris.

Regarding these 3 Classical composers cited above (with the addition of J.S. Bach) are my top 4 composers I use for inspiration and to order and direct my writing narratives and form, approach and style.

What is a Negro Sisyphus?

Nevertheless, we must return to this unenviable state of affairs I’ve been forced to exist under and to endure its perpetual shame in America which is reminiscent of being like a modern day Negro Sisyphus – the Greek king of Corinth from antiquity who because of his treachery against his own people and failure to show proper hospitality to foreign visitors, was forced by Zeus to roll a giant boulder up a hill only to have it roll back down again for eternity.

My rejection by the Communist Academy is also reminiscent of that iconic medallion which Abolitionists turned into thousands of anti-slavery posters which some historians argue was a critical part in changing the hearts and minds of society away from the institution of Slavery during the Civil War era. This medallion was created by Josiah Wedgewood (1730-95)–that legendary English pottery maker and ironically the grandfather (on his mother’s side) of that infamous Father of Evolution Theory, that unreconstructed Racist, Eugenicist, Pseudo-scientist, and respected icon of the Academy to this day, Charles Darwin (1809-82)–

Arbeit macht frei–Work makes you free?!?

During the Holocaust the Nazis had a popular slogan etched within the iron entry gates of many concentration camps located throughout Europe as the trains brought the Jews and Christians in to their doom by the millions which recent research now puts the number at nearly 45,000 “ghettos, slave labor sites, concentration camps and killing factories that the Nazis had set up throughout Europe.” The Nazi slogan was called, Arbeit macht frei (Work makes you free). Was this slogan a truism or a cynical statement designed to kill the last ray of hope to those millions of damned Jewish and Christian souls who entered the Nazi concentration camps?

The Wikipedia article regarding Arbeit macht frei has these historical and literary references cited below as the origins regarding this enigmatic phrase – “In The Kingdom of Auschwitz, Otto Friedrich wrote about Rudolf Höss, regarding his decision to display the motto so prominently at Auschwitz:

He seems not to have intended it as a mockery, nor even to have intended it literally, as a false promise that those who worked to exhaustion would eventually be released, but rather as a kind of mystical declaration that self-sacrifice in the form of endless labor does in itself bring a kind of spiritual freedom.^{[13]. . .”}

“An example of ridiculing the falsity of the slogan was a popular saying used among Auschwitz prisoners:

Arbeit macht frei durch Krematorium Nummer drei.

Work makes you free Through crematorium number three.[12]

The question of ultimate concern for me is this–Does the Nazi aphorism, Arbeit macht frei apply to American culture and society today? To those who have toiled hard all of their lives to “make it” in America only to learn that road to success was always a Fool’s errand; an inevitable dead end? That working hard in a Socialist system where the rules are always rigged against God and Truth, Justice and Life, Reason and Logic, but rigged in favor for those Socialist apparatchiks who believe in or follow a certain evil way (e.g., Weltanschauung  = Nazi Worldview) will be successful. In other words does Arbeit macht frei in reality mean the Kabbalah Cult or ‘Law of Opposites’? = Work [for the Nazi Socialist Party] makes you a Slave!

Lichtblau continues, “The numbers astound: 30,000 slave labor camps; 1,150 Jewish ghettos; 980 concentration camps; 1,000 prisoner-of-war camps; 500 brothels filled with sex slaves; and thousands of other camps used for euthanizing the elderly and infirm, performing forced abortions, “Germanizing” prisoners or transporting victims to killing centers.”

Epilogue to my Dearly Departed Friend and Intellectual Mentor, Elie Wiesel (1928-2016)

In conclusion, I learned about 30 years ago that “Northwestern was a Jewish school” which was probably established in the manner of a Yeshiva University or Brandeis University–to help alleviate antisemitism in American society and to give talented Jewish students a university home they could matriculate to by utilizing higher education to overcome societal and systemic discrimination against the Jewish people, however, this is merely speculation on my part.

Nevertheless, my love and admiration of the Jews, the Jewish people, and the Nation of Israel’s existential struggles for Equity, Justice, Freedom and Peace motivated me in my youth to reach out to notable Jews to become my intellectual mentors. Foremost of which was Elie Wiesel (1928-2016), that legendary Romanian Holocaust survivor, speaker and writer of 57 books most notable of which was his iconic Night Trilogy–Night, Dawn, Day.

After his death in 2016 I published a eulogy in his honor titled, I Remember Elie Wiesel. Wiesel and I had some limited but heartfelt correspondences between each other, yet it was the narratives chronicled in his magnum opus book, Night Trilogy (particularly the first section, Night) that compelled me to write my own comprehensive law review article about the grotesqueries of the Holocaust and its aftermath–The Nuremberg Trials: The Death of the Rule of Law (in International Law), 49 LOYOLA LAW REV. 471-518 (2003) and Social Darwinism in Nazi Family and Inheritance Law (2011). Because of the acceptance of these two law review articles by Jewish organizations, Holocaust and Academic institutions in America, South America, Australia, Europe and Israel, I was compelled to expand into a book– THE NUREMBERG TRIALS: LAST TRAGEDY OF THE HOLOCAUST (2008)–

On p. 9  of this book there is a facsimile of a letter I sent to Elie Wiesel on Holocaust Remembrance Day (18 April 2004) which also lists many notable Jewish groups, Holocaust organizations, libraries, museums, academic institutions and think tanks who praised and appreciated my original law review article and some urged me to expand my findings into book form–most notably was Elie Wiesel and Dr. Robert Rozett, a Senior Historian at the International Institute for Holocaust Research, Yad Vashem (Jerusalem).

Until my dying breath, Evanston, Illinois, Northwestern University, the Jewish People, and the Nation of Israel will always have a special place in both my Heart and Soul.

Dear Cornell University President Martha Pollack, Provost Michael Kotlikoff, Law School Dean Jens David Ohlin, Law Faculty & Law School Student Organizations:

Please accept and share with the Cornell University Faculty, Cornell Law School Faculty, Students and Staff my latest law review article – “THE DECONSTRUCTION OF AMERICAN LAW AND THE APOTHEOSIS OF PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Despite receiving some encouraging responses and moral support from other law schools, universities and even from Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court who accepted several of my books and law review articles into the SCOTUS Chamber’s Library and into Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s personal Brown v. I AM A MAN

Did I receive a response to my grievances demanding a ban against Institutional Discrimination and Ideological Racism at Cornell University from Provost Michael I. Kotlikoff? Of course not! Why? Because I surmise that I AM a nothing and a nobody to him and to the faculty I reached out to for 30 years at Cornell University and Cornell Law School. However, any assumptions that I AM a nobody whose inquiries are unworthy of a respectful response and serious consideration to my grievances (which applies to tens of thousands of other rejected Conservative academics and scholars in America) are in error to those in this correspondence who may feel this way.

I AM not Crazy. I AM not Obsessed. I AM A MAN! If you read just a sample of the essay letters, law review articles, academic essays, and books cited here that chronicles my 40 years of research and writings (1983-2023), then you must of necessity rescind your Institutional Bias and your Ideological Racist views against me, against Christians and Conservatives, Libertarians and Independent academics looking to become Professors in America – Real Scholars endeavoring to reform the Marxist, Eugenicist Academy from the inside out as we continue our Sisyphus journey for Academic Justice in America.

Because I remember, I have a duty to reject despair,” therefore my heart was elated when one of my students recently sent me this article about the University of Michigan’s new faculty applicant policy, Merit-based hiring needed to improve ‘diversity of though’ at UMich higer ed groups by Mary Noble of Christendom College (Feb. 5, 2024). I believe I actually coined that ‘diversity of thought’ phrase quoted in the title of that article. Maybe Justice and Equality in the Academy is making some progress in America?

Cornell University, Let us Reason together!  30 years of your cowardly Silence of the Lambs to my grievances to eradicate Institutional Bias towards Christians and Ideological Racism against hiring Conservative academics at your institution of ‘Higher Learning’ is long enough. PLEASE! Let us begin a real dialogue for substantive change at Cornell University and at all American universities to include faculty members of all ideological worldviews at least according to their proportional representation in society at-large and not settle for your present faculty representation which include between 85-100%–Globalists, Marxists, Socialists, Progressives, Feminists, LGBT-Q… and legions upon legions of card carrying members of the Democrat Socialist Party. These faculty numbers are not representative of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’s “Marketplace of Ideas” rhetoric, but will only further enslave the minds of students inside this Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Matrix, inside this anti-Intellectual Zoo, inside this Construct Concentration Camp, inside this existential Propaganda Prison Plantation, not based on Reason and Liberty, God and Veritas (Truth), but based solely on Globalism Groupthink and CIA MK Ultra Mind Control writ large.

… Later I would send law faculty hiring inquiries not only to Harvard Law School but to my alma mater, University of Michigan [M.M.,1986] (to every Dean and President from 1989 – today). I particularly remember sending numerous inquiries to the entire law school faculty at the University of Michigan including to Dean Lee C. Bollinger (Professor at University of Michigan Law School (1973-94), Dean of the University of Michigan Law School (1987-1994), (*N.B.: Bollinger’s tenure as Dean was actually during the same time period I was Staff Editor at the Michigan Law Review), and President of the University of Michigan and Law School,1996-2002).

St. One: I was not aware of Bollinger’s ongoing presence at the University of Michigan which coincided with your time as a Staff Editor on the Michigan Law Review (1989). I find it despicable of him not to provide any response to your inquiries for help when seeking admission to Michigan’s law school and later the law faculty. He abdicated his responsibility as an academic and exposed his own hypocrisy over supporting affirmative action in the academy. He’s clearly a charlatan and a coward for remaining silent all these years. This powerful email letter really drives this point home in a powerful manner!

Ellis:  Your words mean so much to me my dear St. One. Note well below that Hillary Rodham Clinton shared impromptu remarks with the Class of 2022 after receiving an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Columbia University by Bollinger himself!

*N.B.: “They hirer themselves”– President Bollinger (r) watches with glee as Hillary Clinton  is making impromptu remarks as one of Columbia’s 2022 Honorary Degree Recipients Announced (May 18, 2022). Also, Hillary Clinton to join Columbia as a Professor and Fellow of Global Affairs (NPR.org, Jan 6, 2023).

St. One, you must understand that when Hillary was given this honorary doctorate by Columbia University that America and the whole world knew all about her alleged assassination of Seth Rich, a 27 year-old voter expansion data director for the Democratic National Committee [DNC] (murdered on 07/10/2016). Why was Seth Rich murdered? Because Hillary believed that Seth Rich (not the ‘Russia-Russia-Russia’ hoax Hillary and the Democrat Party-controlled media had repeatedly lied about to slander Trump during the 2016 Presidential election) leaked DNC emails on a USB drive to Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks exposing Hillary Clinton, her husband, former POTUS Bill Clinton, and the Democrat Party for Rebellion and Insurrection, Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes, Treason, Sedition, Child Trafficking, Election Interference, Election Fraud, etc…

Nevertheless, just six [6] years after Seth Rich’s tragic murder (allegedly plotted by Hillary) here is President Bollinger and the entire Columbia University Law School Class of 2022 giving Hillary Clinton a thunderous standing ovation. What kind of lawyers will these people become if they don’t respect the Rule of Law? Are these people complicit in Hillary’s War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Seditious Conspiracy, Advocating the Overthrow of Government, Election Fraud, Voter Fraud, Treason, Misprison of Treason, Adrenochrome harvesting (aka ‘Frazzledrip’), and Child Sex Trafficking? Do they love or care about We the People? About innocent babies children harvested for adrenochrome? About America and the Constitution? Or has turning a blind eye to the abominable behavior and treachery of the Deep State psychopaths always been the Judas Price for Careerism and Celebrity?!?

In my naivete, I dutifully accepted the Socialist disinformation I was taught by my Professors, Deans, Provosts and Presidents throughout my higher education experiences. I foolishly thought— I’m a ‘Michigan Man’ and U of M is always praising their racially ‘diverse’ faculty and are always looking for more ‘qualified’ Blacks to join the faculty at the University of Michigan… right? I didn’t know then what I know now—‘Diversity’ ≠ Color, Race or Ethnicity, background or experiences, but quite the opposite—ONLY Ideology or Worldview matters (or what the Nazis called “Weltanschauung”)—a singular, Gestapo-like devotion to a militant Progressive philosophy, Evolution Atheism, Eugenics Racialism, and to a Marxist-Globalist-Socialist worldview, therefore,

• PROFESSOR Lee C. Bollinger’s response to my law school inquiries…? Silence of the Lambs.

President Bollinger’s cold-hearted Silence of the Lambs became even more vexing to me personally, to my pleas for Institutional, Intellectual and Ideological Diversity on University of Michigan’s faculty in 2003 where President Bollinger was the pro-Affirmative Action Champion inside the Arena in two landmark Supreme Court cases that would determine if White folk’s allegiance to racial equality was based on cynical ethnic quotas and color-coded checklists, or could the Democrat-dominated faculty at America’s colleges and universities dupe the Useful Idiot Masses in American society with ‘fake Diversity and extrinsic criteria’? (e.g., {cynicism, furtive faculty lounge talk} ‘We need more afros in this faculty to keep the feds off our backs’) … [end excerpt]

Of course the rich Irony 35 years later by exposing the utter Arrogance and Hypocrisy, Hatred and Treachery of Columbia University President Emeritus Lee C. Bollinger is utterly irresistible — Bollinger! The Man inside the Arena who went out of his way to make sure that his name and his name alone was in the case caption of the very landmark cases brought before the Supreme Court of the United States to enshrine by force (e.g., Gleichschaltung) the Slave Systems of Affirmative Action in American higher education (See, Gratz v. Bollinger, 539 U.S. 244 [2003]; Grutter v. Bollinger, 539 U.S. 306 [2003] overturned exactly 20 years later by a 6-3 Conservative majority on June 23, 2023. “The decision in two cases — Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College —reverses 45 years of legal precedent.” See, Regents of the University of California v. Nevertheless, this same Man when confronted by me with a detailed, iconoclastic critique that offers an alternative narrative, that systematically counters the Machiavellian, surreptitious evils behind this Affirmative Action policy of perpetual servitude all in the name of helping Black people and other “minorities” get equal treatment under the law, was his bitter Silence of the Lambs against me for 35 YEARS!?!

But Why? Because I didn’t appeal to Bollinger’s obsession for  Publicity and Celebrity. In May-June 1989 I only presented to Bollinger a humble, inconspicuous opportunity to fulfill his DESTINY, to fulfill the Destiny of America according to the promises to all Americans contained in America’s founding documents—THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE (1776); THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES (1787) and THE BILL OF RIGHTS (1791).  Martin Luther King said it best — “ALL WE SAY TO AMERICA IS TO BE TRUE TO WHAT YOU SAID ON PAPER.” President Thomas Jefferson proved that America NEVER needed Slavery or Civil War, Racism or Reconstruction, Jim Crow or Affirmative Action. Why? Because of that “Paper” MLK was referring to in the quote above = THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE (a Natural Law document that enforces our God-given Natural Rights of We the People that can never be taken away by Man or Man’s Laws), was enshrined on our Country’s very First Birthday, July 4, 1776 —

This is why Bollinger ignored my direct pleas to him for equal treatment under the law for 35 YEARS when I was only a lowly Staff Editor on the Michigan Law Review who without any law school experience at that point, nevertheless I beat out all the top 2L and 3L Dean’s List Law Students at the University of Michigan Law School in The Bluebook Rules exam we all had to take, and I won the job … WITHOUT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION! in March-April 1989 during the time you were the Dean of the Michigan Law School.

Therefore, President Bollinger, I cannot say this strongly enough— Way back in Jan. 1989 when I was determined to change my major from History to Law, I really wanted to become at law student at the University of Michigan Law School and sought your help. It could have changed my life, it could have affected the life of my family for the better for generations to come. You could have made that happen, but you didn’t care and the fallout from this Tragedy, like a Negro Sisyphus, (rolling a large boulder up a hill only to see it roll back down again for eternity), I am still psychologically grappling with injustice To This Day!

January 1989: Who Loved Me More?—Columbia Law Professor Kimberle Williams Crenshaw vs. Justice Clarence Thomas

After 30 years of being a Negro Sisyphus, (rolling a huge boulder up a hill only for it to roll back down again for eternity), I now understand that Affirmative Action, including Racial Diversity and “Equal treatment under the law” of any kind as long as it is disseminated by the Democrat Socialist Party and through their corrupt, racist, and unjust institutions was always an Allusion for Society and a Delusion for those obtuse enough (as I once was) to believe in the so-called “American Dream” (*N.B.: See, Eulogy to Historian Professor Arthur R. LaBrew [1930-2015] and the Myth of the American Dream (2015).

For example, in Jan.-Feb. 1989 just before I took my first 2 law classes at Harvard Law School under the special permission of Dean Robert C. Clark (since I wasn’t a law student yet), I used to spend my Friday and Saturday evenings wondering up and down the aisles of Langdell Hall Law Library perusing various law review volumes. (Yes, I was a nerd!) Since I started with the letter “H”, by serendipity I came across a Harvard Law Review article by a Professor Kimberle Williams Crenshaw, titled—Race, Reform and Retrenchment: Transformation and Legitimation in Antidiscrimination Law (1988). I immediately understood the intrinsic value of this article and printed it out and read and re-read it numerous times; marking it up from cover-to-cover with many of my notes, and referred to this opus for years even using it as my model law review article to win my first law job as an Staff Editor on the Michigan Law Review in March-April 1989, and used it as a model paper when writing and editing my earliest law review manuscripts, essays, articles, books and book reviews.

Unfortunately when I tried to reach out to Professor Crenshaw who is presently on the faculty at Columbia Law School to show my exceeding gratitude in directing my earliest steps in the Law, all I received from her in return over the past 35 years was the hateful neglect I call the Silence of the Lambs. And yes, such neglect and hatred coming from a fellow Black American, a so-called champion of civil rights whom I looked up to stung my heart especially deeply. Nevertheless, Professor Crenshaw wasn’t the first academic to not live up to her own Race Rhetoric and 35 years and tens of thousands of pleas for Ideological Justice later, she certainly would not be the last academic I reached out to that turned a deaf ear to my petitions for Ideological Justice and Equality at American universities. However, I don’t have Hatred in my Heart because I am a Christian, and when confronted with offenses Jesus commands all Christians to “turn the other cheek”. Nevertheless, I do have receipts, therefore, I kept right on writing and writing and writing and writing for 40+ years (1983-2024).

*N.B.: Communism and Socialism (e.g., Marxism, Liberalism, Progressivism, Feminism, Internationalism, Globalism, LGBT-Q+ etc.) has different names (to deceive the naive), but has always been two sides of the same coin.

Another law review article that I remember reading during my self-education in the law that began with the letter “H” in Harvard’s Langdell Law Library law review section was the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy—See, Judge Clarence Thomas, Higher Law Background of the Privileges and Immunity Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment (1989). Remember, in early 1989 I knew next to nothing about the law which was why in my naivete I was reading law review articles (or at least browsing them), however, Judge Thomas’s article was an existential epiphany experience for me for he was the first person to teach me about Natural Law and Natural Rights (the original political philosophy and jurisprudence of the Framers of the U.S. Constitution).

Furthermore, this iconic law review article put me on the road to establishing a relationship with this great legal scholar who after I asked him Justice Thomas gladly became my intellectual mentor when he ascended to become the second Black Justice of SCOTUS on 23 October 1991. And likewise in 2015 during his freshman year in college Justice Thomas became my son Stone’s friend and intellectual mentor along with the dearly departed Libertarian Philosopher and Professor Emeritus of Economics at George Mason University, Professor Walter E. Williams (1936-2020), who was one of my earliest intellectual mentors in the early 1980s and helped me get my earliest writings on Constitutional Law, Legal History and Philosophy published in The Social Critic Journal in the 1990s. My son, Stone honored his intellectual mentors Justice Clarence Thomas in, Honoring “Chief” Justice Thomas’s Thirty Years of Service on the U.S. Supreme Court (2021) and honored Professor Walter E. Williams in, Eulogy to Dr. Walter E. Williams—A Friend, Mentor, & Intellectual Giant (2021).

In conclusion, President Emeritus Lee Bollinger, since I now understand after 35+ years of reaching out to you as far back as when you were the Dean of Michigan Law School (1987-94), President of the University of Michigan (1996-2002) and President of Columbia Law School (2002-2023), that you and your Leftist Ivy-League colleagues are too arrogant and hypocritical, cowardly and uninformed to address my petitions directly, therefore I will address them for you by quoting a concluding excerpt from my Letter to Dean John Manning, Harvard Law School’s Newest Dean, Part 1 (2017) —

… That’s all Bollinger and the Democrat Socialist Party’s Affirmative Action rhetoric ever was (or ever could be)—Vanity of Vanities, Modern Institutional Slavery. Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Indians, and other “minorities” to President Bollinger have always been faceless pawns, cogs driving the Manic Machine (e.g., Deus ex Machina) of The Progressive Revolution—A Machiavellian Means/End paradigm and paradox designed to kill me (Black America) by championing how much you are helping me (Black America) while enriching your Progressive friends, family, allies inside the Academy, inside the Deep State Swamp government, inside Think Tanks, inside Soros-controlled Globalist Transnational entities and non-Profit organizations who make billions upon untold trillions harvesting my blood for yet another failed government program called Affirmative Action Slavery.

First, I would like to give you a big Congratulations on being named the New President and Dean of the Brooklyn Law School as of July 1, 2023. I will continue to watch your stellar legal and administrative career ascend to even greater heights.

Exceeding gratitude to you Dean David Meyer, Executive Editor Erik Light, and Managing Editor Greg Heller for giving me the singular and unique honor of being a Staff Editor on the Michigan Law Review 34 years ago (May-Aug. 1989). Those were heady days indeed. History was on the March! and the volumes we labored so assiduously on (Mich. Law Rev., Vol. 87, Nos. 6, 7, 8 [1989]) have went down as perhaps one of the most prolific and substantive periods in law review history.

For example, here are 2 law review manuscripts our Michigan Law Review team edited back in 1989 which was mentioned in an article I stumbled upon by serendipity titled – “The Top 10 Most Important Articles in Michigan Law Review History.”  And because of the solicitude of my law review colleague David Meyer who was the then Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review, appointed me Lead Editor on both manuscripts. Below are the Wikipedia article notes regarding the Michigan Law Review, Vol. 87, No. 8 (1989) which I have included in my attached law review article (e.g., fn. 43-4).

Predictably, as soon as I published these unique findings regarding my personal law scholarship narrative, someone with editorial access to Wikipedia has deleted the original article on the Michigan Law Review and removed this info. Why? I believe it was to hide this notable history about my scholarly background – That I was the Lead Editor on 20% of the 10 most notable and important law review articles in Michigan Law Review History [1902-2023]. Nevertheless, I still was able to capture some of this epiphany experience information below —

In other words, either America and the world will heed my warnings against the continued folly and democide of separating Legality from Morality, or collectively fall into the abyss of the existential, failed and Machiavellian philosophies of Men and their so-called New World Order.

H. Epilogue—Forsake the British B.A.R. Treason, Restore the Republic, and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and God

Note that for hundreds of years our legal system in America and throughout Western Civilization was from its beginnings unjust, perverted, deconstructed, and infiltrated by the fallacious, unconstitutional and treasonous B.A.R. Association (= British Accredited Registry), which was first created circa 1500s by the collusion of the Vatican, the Pope, the Jesuits, King Henry VIII and later Queen Elizabeth I, and revised in the 1800s under the American Bar Association.

And by holding said foreign titles and being members of the B.A.R. (e.g., British Accredited Registry), are obligated to swear allegiance not to the Constitution of the United States, but to the British Empire and it’s sovereign the British Crown who for 70 years was Queen Elizabeth II (1952-2022) and now to her son, King Charles III (2022 – present). The U.S. Constitution is very clear on the political and judicial prohibitions regarding accepting royal titles or titles of nobility while holding public office in America —

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

During this Blessed Season of Advent, think about who Jesus Christ really is . . .

*N.B.: Through many years of personal observation and meditation on this masterpiece by Michelangelo from the Sistine Chapel Ceiling in the Vatican Palace, I have often wondered what manuscript is in her hands? What manuscript is she in the process of writing? As a Scribe and a Seer, perhaps she could have just taken dictation from the Prophet Isaiah of the first part of the Book of Isaiah (Chapters 1-39) which is why I quoted the above scripture from Isaiah 9:6 stating emphatically that Jesus Christ = God.

Also note that the Book of Isaiah is referred to by theologians as the Bible in miniature. Why? Because like the Old Testament (which has 39 books), the first section of the Book of Isaiah has 39 chapters (1-39) and speaks about the first Advent of the Messiah. The New Testament has 27 books, and likewise the second half of the Book of Isaiah has 27 chapters (40-66) which speaks about the Second Advent of the Messiah or Jesus Christ.
