1913-2013: 100 years of collective dementia

washington130105Our obsession with the Constitution has saddled us with a dysfunctional political system, kept us from debating the merits of divisive issues and inflamed our public discourse. Instead of arguing about what is to be done, we argue about what James Madison might have wanted done 225 years ago.

~ professor Louis Seidman, Georgetown Law School

One hundred years of collective dementia led us to the Progressive generation (c. 1900), causing a once-great nation to forget America’s unalienable truths they inherited 100 years before from our Founding Fathers.

It was about 100 years ago when Russian communist tyrant Vladimir Lenin said, “Give me four years to teach the children, and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted.” Why did Lenin just want the children? Because Marxists, socialists and fascists are all such master manipulators of human nature and understood that a child’s mind was essentially a tabula rasa (blank slate) whereby the State could purge their minds of any and all remnants of God, tradition, truth, liberty and rewrite their perverse Darwinian, Marxist and socialist worldview of history onto these impressionable young minds, which, if done systematically, would endure for 1,000 years.

One hundred years of collective dementia sought to double down on Woodrow Wilson’s tyranny of 1913 with Barack Obama’s Saul Alinsky fascism of 2013.

Historically, professors were one of society’s gatekeepers, but since the advent of the Progressive Revolution (c. 1900–present), this once-revered class of scholars, academics and intellectuals have shamelessly betrayed our nation’s trust as gatekeepers and guardians of the canon, tradition, history and truth. This collective treachery by the Academy reminds me of that famous aphorism by the Roman poet, Juvenal – Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? [Who guards the guardians?]

This brings us to Exhibit A – professor Louis Michael Seidman, a professor of constitutional law at Georgetown University who as one of these gatekeepers has a simple[minded] plan for getting the U.S. back on track in his New York Times op-ed, which bears the treasonous title, “Let’s give up on the Constitution.”

“As the nation teeters at the edge of fiscal chaos, observers are reaching the conclusion that the American system of government is broken. But almost no one blames the culprit,” Seidman writes, “our insistence on obedience to the Constitution, with all its archaic, idiosyncratic and downright evil provisions.”

Professor Seidman is typical of today’s morally relativist academic class whose perverse delusions, because of their monopoly of higher education, are irrationally given the imprimatur of legitimacy by society. Virtually all of today’s professors are reactionary leftists and slaves to a progressive/Positive Law/evolutionary worldview. Why? Because their professors and their professor’s professors all aped a Darwinian atheistic worldview that controls their legal philosophy and animates their ahistorical, deconstructionist approach to God, politics, history and American exceptionalism.

One hundred years of collective dementia resurrected a Barack Obama to become Woodrow Wilson reborn!

For example, you remember the year 1913, an infamous year that some members of the contemporary press dubbed “The Worst Year Ever.” Let’s find out why:

  • In 1913 President Woodrow Wilson gave America the 16th Amendment (federal income tax), which over the past 100 years has made the states slaves to the leviathan federal government arrogantly ignoring Chief Justice John Marshall’s famous warning in McCulloch v. Maryland (1819), “That the power to tax involves the power to destroy.”
  • In 1913 President Woodrow Wilson gave America the Federal Reserve Act usurping Congress’ enumerated powers under Article I, Section 8, to print money, control interests rates and operate the Department of the Treasury. Instead Congress gave their constitutional powers to a shadow government of unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats of the Federal Reserve whose allegiance isn’t to the Constitution, nor to We the People, but to legions of lobbyists, international industrialists and international banking cartels.
  • In 1913 President Woodrow Wilson shackled America with the 17th Amendment, which overturned the direct election of U.S. senators by state legislators and opened it up to statewide elections. The historical fallout? Senators have no fear of the electorate, nor constitutional allegiance to their individual states, but only to the tyrannical, socialist dictates of the federal government in Washington, D.C., which has lead to over a $16 trillion deficit.

One hundred years of collective dementia – from the Federal Reserve Act to Obamacare.

Yet from the grave I hear Rep. Louis McFadden cry out to us to remember the past! As chairman of the House Commission on Banking and Currency from 1920 to 1931, he literally wrote seven years after Wilson’s birth of a tragedy, “When the Federal Reserve Act was passed the people of these United States did not perceive that a world banking system was being set up here. A super-state controlled by international bankers and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure. Every effort has been made by the Fed [Reserve] to conceal its powers, but the truth is – the Fed has usurped the government!”

Prof. Seidman, Justice Ginsberg, Pres. Obama and now, slowly but surely, the state run media continue to inflate the trial balloon denigrating our “Outdated” Constitution. The sheeple will eventually be presented with another “Crisis,” perhaps using the Second Amendment as a vehicle to get a foothold to change the Constitution – or eliminate Amendments that prevent the collectivists from gaining more power over our lives. Goebbels stated that “News” must be presented to the populace on an emotional basis, not a rationasl one. This practice continues to be refined today in our state run media. Beware the Government/Media complex. Do not forget that without the Second Amendment there will be no First Amendment.

Professor Washington’s comments on Wilson, the Fed, etc. are right on point. However, his comments will be lost on the upcoming generations. Lenin, through the government/unionized education system of today, has won the battle for children’s minds through what I call “Non-education.” Just ask people thirty or younger about Wilson. If a “Wilson” didn’t win on “American Idol,” or “Dancing With the Stars,” or be the name of the father of a Kardashian baby, your question will be met with a blank stare. Today’s youngsters have no knowledge of history – you know, “That old stuff.” An ignorant populace is a controllable populace. An unarmed populace is a controllable populace. Just read the history of Germany in the 30’s. The most frightening words to hear today in our country are, “It can’t happen here.” Pray for our nation.
