Historical Background Materials and Events–Clandestine Treachery by the Deep State to Pervert and Steal America’s Constitutional Republic in the Treaty of Paris (1794) and in the Treaty of Ghent (1812) and to Surreptitiously keep America a Colony Slave of England into Perpetuity

The issue is if a war was fought in 1781, and America became victor, why would Britain need to sign a Treaty in 1783? When US has won a war, America should not require the British monarch to cede land and refer to himself as Prince of the Holy Roman Empire and of the United States? There is also the issue of the use of the term ‘Esquire’ given that it is a title of nobility again showing allegiance to the Queen/King and when Benjamin Franklin, John Jay Esquire and John Adams signing on behalf of the US use the name ‘Esquire’ it is raising the question of how valid the 1783 Treaty is. John Jay went on to sign the 1794 Treaty between England and US raising again why 13 years after the Paris Treaty the US needs to sign a Treaty with England if US was really ‘independent’.

What needs to be further investigated is why the US still continues to pay tax to the City if it is a free nation?

The 1794 Treaty signed between England and the US was negotiated by John Jay Esquire who negotiated the 1783 Treaty. The question is why would US need to sign Treaty’s with England 13 years after the Paris Treaty of 1783 declaring US independent? Why would Article 6 and Article 12 continue to dictate terms to an ‘independent’ America?

Further reading of US history would reveal what happened to America when it cancelled the Charter of the First National Bank in 1811 and immediately afterwards 4500 British troops arrived and burnt down the White House, both Houses of Congress, the War Office, the US State Department and Treasury and destroyed the ratification records (signed by 12 US states) of the US Constitution wherein the 13th  Amendment was to stop anyone receiving a Title of nobility or honor from serving the US Government. The 1812 war lasted 3 years (1812-15) and the Bank Charter was re-established in 1816 after the ratification of the Treaty of Ghent in 1815. Note:  The 13th amendment which was ratified in 1810 no longer appears in current copies of the U.S. Constitution.

It was about March 1999 when the box of my first book arrived at our house (then we were living in the Buckhead neighborhood in North Atlanta, Georgia), I can still clearly remember my dear son, Stone Washington viewing the book at “our desk”. (Yes, I had a hidden desktop that slid out of the right side of my old school wooden office desk we bought at a flea market that Stone loved to use as his own personal desk to do his writings whenever I was working in “our office” at that old wooden desk. It even had a drawer underneath the pullout desk top that Stone kept his ‘manuscripts and drawings he was creating, editing and working on). When Stone saw the back cover of the book with my picture, he gave me the best book review I have ever received in my Life saying in his high, soprano baby voice when he was about 2 years old (April 1999)—

Advocating the Law of Nature’s God by Demetrius Freeman Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2000   Rarely does one read a book where the author lays out a litany of problems and then goes on to offer reasonable solutions to thwart those problems. In The Devil is in the Detail, brother Ellis Washington does just that. Ellis begins with the problem of the lower case “b” in black when speaking of a designated racial group in legal scholarship. His solution: get it right next time. It takes little or no effort to follow the correct procedure and capitalize [B]lack when referring to race (which is the rule).    That African Americans are referred to in the lower case is a slap in the face and another hurdle to leap in the realm of 21st century race relations. Ellis also expounds on more traditional ideas and problems many which are unique to American society. His handling of the issues of evolution, positive law and the separation of church and state were particularly significant in this book.    The way he approaches each of these issues evokes the question which Glen Tinder eloquently raised: Can we be good without God? Ellis’ strong Christian background and faith urges me to realize that the answer to that question is an emphatic NO. These are all ideas that were forced upon the populace and were not a part of the Framers’ original intent. They emphasized natural law. Positive law is the death knell of liberty.    Ellis warns us that we will be victims of a Leviathan government if we don’t rethink the way that we make, interpret and enforce the law. This was a very riveting book and would be an excellent tool in the classroom as a supplement to the standard texts.

 

Judge Richard A. Posner—In 1994 or 30 Years Ago I tried in Vain to invite you to become my ‘Intellectual Mentor’ and perhaps even a counselor and a friend just like Justice Clarence Thomas, like Dr. Walter Williams. However, you rejected my overtures and acted just  like Dr. Williams best friend, the Hoover Institution Fellow, Dr. Thomas Sowell— You were too Arrogant and Aloof, too Imperious and Ignorant to learn that POTUS Trump (6 Oct. 2022 Heritage Foundation interview), Justice Clarence THOMAS and I were right about the REPUBLIC all along.

Libertarian Economist, Dr. Walter E. Williams (1936-2020) was my dear intellectual mentor who helped me get my earliest essays published in the Journal of the Social Critic in the early-mid 1990s when I came to your judicial chambers in early June 1996 to meet you personally to discuss my ideas of Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence and Legal Theory. Posner sits all alone in a Chicago nursing care home since June 2022 with few if any visitors. Posner will live in infamy, alone, unvisited, isolated, abandoned in his room at the Senior Citizen Center in some lonely corner of America. Soon Posner will be sent to Hospice care where Judge Richard Posner will be soon be forgotten as much as his Alzheimer Dementia-ridden memory that new research shows ironically affects “clever” and “smart” people more.

Thus, it has been written, thus it has been decreed that all of Chief Justice Richard A. Posner’s Socialist and Solipsistic, anti-Constitutional writings and Hateful Judicial opinions are all but forgotten, for in paraphrasing the great Christian apologist C.S.
