About the Author—Professor Ellis Washington, J.D.—I went to Harvard Law School with future POTUS Barack Hussein Obama for 1 year (1988-89), but I took the opposite path in Life—New World Order, Communism, Treason, Pedophilia & Satanic Ritual Abuse vs. Christianity, Conservatism, Protecting the Children & TRUMPism. I repeatedly refused to take the “Satan OATH” which is why I’ve been blacklisted for 30+ yearsfor my entire legal and academic career, yet I Fight on! Why?For Harvard’s original 1692 mottoVeritas pro Christo et Ecclesia {= Truth for Christ and the Church}.

To escape the 150-Year Rothschild Chattel Slavery systems (e.g., Birth certificates, Social Security numbers bought, sold & traded on Wall Street) & Rothschild Debt Slavery systems (e.g., IRS, Income Taxes, fiat/counterfeit currency based on NOTHING, printed to fund false flag wars) of the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Matrix (1871-2021), read and share the Truth of my Critical Thinking blog with the Youth that’s nearing 20 Million views @ EllisWashingtonReport.com & on Facebook — #JesusIsLord #DCActof1871

IRONY ALERT—153rd Anniversary of the 13th Amendment ending Slavery (1865). 150th Anniversary of the 14th Amendment giving Black people due process under the law (1868)—Memphis garbage men striking for better wages (circa Feb. 12, 1968). This would be the last protest civil rights icon, Dr. Martin Luther King would be able to participate in. Why? Because MLK would join their fight 2 months later and was assassinated fighting for race equality, fighting against Socialism Slavery—murdered by Democrat Party racism on the balcony of the Lorraine Hotel (Memphis, TN – April 4, 1968).

The secret of freedom lies in educating people, whereas the secret of tyranny is in keeping them ignorant.

~ Robespierre, leader of the French Revolution (1787-1800)

*N.B.: This Essay Letter is dedicated to the 114th member of the Supreme Court of the United States, Justice Brett Kavanaugh on his first day at work. May many, many more days follow this day as you fight to uphold Natural Law, Natural Rights, and the Original Intent of the Constitutional Framers.

Prologue to a Progressive Provost

The original essay letter below I wrote last week to Michael Kotlikoff, Provost of Cornell University after reading an interesting article about Cornell University’s plans to create an ‘Office of Diversity and Inclusion’. Since I’ve heard about these so-called Affirmative Action plans all my life, yet none of these inclusion or diversity plans have positively affected my vocational dreams and aspirations. None of the vaunted racial equity measures – grand mandates by the federal government has helped my personal economy, career and social standing one bit as a historian or a law academic.  Harkening back to Harvard’s iconic champion of civil rights, Derrick Bell’s 1993 opus, Faces at the Bottom of the Well: The Permanence of Racism, will Cornell’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion lead to me being given a tenured faculty position there? … At anywhere in America? We’ll see.

Even if Cornell University’s President and Provost join forces, gave my faculty application gold star preferential treatment for my 35 years of neglect, yet there are Shadow Apparatchiks lurking in deep dark shadows of every college admissions process in America, ever ready to destroy the hopes and dreams of people who deign to think differently than they. Will this so-called ‘Faculty Appointments Committee’ allow final passage of my faculty application, or will the majority Democrat Party members of the Faculty Appointments Committee treat me as they recently treated the SCOTUS appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh—to promise ever-increasing levels of ‘resistance’ and violence? Will the Committee members—Deep State partisan Democrats—who dominate this Committee and Faculty Appointments Committees throughout America, merely declare, “Ellis Washington is an accomplished scholar, but he is not a ‘good fit’ for Cornell University” as my CV is thrown into the trash with a devilish laugh.

This is the cynical and duplicitous, the tortuous and Sisyphus path I, as well as hundreds of thousands of similarly credentialed Christian and Conservative, Independent and Libertarian scholars have been cursed to tread for my entire academic career for 35 years.

Socratic Dialectical Inquiry: In light of the appointment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States on 6 October 2018 cementing an unbreakable 5-vote conservative majority on the High Court, will Democrat Party radicalism and institutional hegemony force President Trump to regulate the Progressive Academy and mandate that the faculty and administrators at every public and private college and university, law school, medical school, graduate school, business school and engineering school in America must have the same proportion of faculty equal to the voting percentages the major political parties received in America at the last election? As of 2016—Trump (Republican) electoral votes = 306, Hillary (Democrats) electoral votes = 232. Isn’t this the quota system that Affirmative Action demands?

‘I Am A Man’—Letter to Provost Michael Kotlikoff, Cornell University

Dear Provost Michael Kotlikoff:

I read with exceeding interest the Breitbart article published on Oct. 2nd alleging that Cornell University will spend $60 million on increasing ‘faculty diversity’. This is welcoming news for me, for my aborted academic career. Why? I am a 35-year blacklisted Black conservative law scholar and historian that has been trying in vain, but with Sisyphus-like patience to join your ranks, or to join the faculty of any college or university in America that will just give me a chance to prove that I am a bona fide scholar worthy of a faculty job in America. Let me prove to you in the words of the Civil Rights motto of the 1960s—I AM A MAN! If you need a legacy proof of my lineage, Mark C. Dudley (my nephew through marriage), whom I have mentored for many years, is a (1992) graduate of Cornell University, where he graduated in Information Technology Management. My nephew is a genius at cartoon and video illustration. He is the Art Director at Round House Games, an Illustrator at Palladium Books, and the Managing Partner at Imaginos Workshop.

The Progressives ‘Long March’ through the Institutions

Provost Kotlikoff, there are many ways to play politics with the ambiguous term, “Diversity”, but if you are serious about increasing what I’ve coined as “Ideological Diversity” at Cornell University, then after a review of my credentials I welcome your university to offer me a tenured-track faculty position. And if you do so in good faith, I promise to gladly accept it.

Why Provost Kotlikoff? This ideological imbalance plaguing the American Academy is due to the systematic and comprehensive institutional discrimination and ideological racism waged against me and doubtlessly against hundreds of thousands of other similarly credentialed Christian and Conservative, Independent and Libertarian scholars since the 1960s when the political Left took over the Academy—a “Progressive Revolution” I have dedicated much of my academic career research, exposing and writing about. For example, see my 5-volume opus, The Progressive Revolution—2007-2017 Writings—History of Liberal Fascism through the Ages (University Press of America). Actually, this Progressive Revolution historically dates back not to the 1960s, (as conventional scholarship assumes regarding the cultural takeover by the Left), but dates back to the apotheosis of the political Left—The French Revolution (1787-1800). Liberal Fascism only came of age during the 1860s Evolution Atheism Revolution of Charles Darwin and with the publication of his ‘rag of an hypothesis’ scientism screed, On the Origin of Species [Nov. 24, 1859]), and his later work, The Descent of Man (1871).

Dr. Charles Krauthammer (1950-2018), that magnificent and iconic conservative writer, intellectual and Fox News host, in an interview with Bill O’Reilly put the Progressive Revolution that I speak of in historical terms of the Communist Chinese leader, Mao Zedong’s “Long March” (through the Institutions). I wrote about that history in my 2013 WND.com essay, Democratic Socialists’ ‘Long March’ , which I codified in my 2016 book, The Progressive Revolution, Vol. 4:

KRAUTHAMMER: I’m not sure I think so – and I do go back to the 1960s when instead of a fringe protest here and there these radicals took over the universities; they occupy them. They dictated policy. The administrations caved in, the police stayed out. And then they did even something more effective. They realized, well, you know, coming in from the outside is really not going to do much. You get a little attention, publicity. But the left decided late in the 1960s, early in the 1970s, [to begin what was called] ‘The March through the Institutions.’ They got inside. They did it legally. They did it the right way. They got their Ph.Ds. They got appointments. They got tenure. They kept out conservatives.

‘It’s the economy stupid!’ Yet, it is because of this existential Progressive Revolution coup d’état that my academic career remains imprisoned, shackled inside the pitiless bonds of Progressive poverty. And although I have a new job as an instructor at Athens Technical College, my current class load per semester (one class in Political Science) = $2,000 per 4-month period (after taxes = $1,772.00), or $5,316.00 per year, to put that salary into perspective, my 16-year-old daughter, Eden, who is in the 11th grade makes over 3 times this amount working part time at Chick Fil’a.

I AM A MAN!

Name any Scholar at Cornell who has done more than I with less support

If you are serious about making Cornell University have real and substantive Ideological Diversity, then review my attached CV (which has links to many of my primary academic writings), and also have your Faculty Appointments Committee carefully review the selected list of essays cited below that I’ve written to other Ivy League universities like yours over the past 30 years, yet to no avail. My pleas below are just a small sample of my oeuvre arguing for Ideological Diversity and an end to Institutional and Invidious Viewpoint Discrimination inside the American Academy—

30 Years Ago – from off the Streets! I was an Editor on the Michigan Law Review

Regarding this letter, I have copied my two former Michigan Law Review colleagues from the summer of 1989 where I was Staff Editor (Editor-in-Chief, Dean David Meyer and Managing Editor, Atty. Gregory Heller). I have also sent this Essay Letter to various campus reform groups, scholar mentors and academic friends of mine, politicians and education institutions (those which I’ve graduated from and others) who are familiar with my faculty struggles for Ideological Justice, including my only begotten son, Stone (a senior History major at Clemson University)—a young man who (unprompted by me) courageously took up my struggle writing a brilliant essay championing my cause. Stone is also the Editor-in-Chief of a prestigious literary journal, Decipher Magazine.

My only prayer to God is that Stone Allen Washington, my son and my best friend, will see his father treated as a Man, honored as a respected scholar before he graduates from college… or at least before he graduates from graduate school.

I AM A MAN!

I AM Provost Kotlikoff – Provost Kotlikoff is Me

Provost Kotlikoff, it is surreal and obscene that I even have to degrade myself to write a letter like this to you; to my friends, peers, exposing my most profound shame to strangers, but after being ignored for 35 years one has no shame left to protect. Nevertheless, witness the circus of evil, lies and deceit the Democrat Party launched to derail the SCOTUS appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh—a jurist of the highest rank with impeccable credentials and worthy of a seat on the Supreme Court of the United States. Just like my intellectual mentor and friend of 30 years, Justice Clarence Thomas, deserved his SCOTUS seat 26 years earlier, yet was mercilessly slandered, ridiculed and racialized by the same Democrat Party.

Provost Kotlikoff, imagine if you and I switched positions in this Life over the past 35 years—that I was the Provost of Cornell University and you were a nobody from the ghettos of Detroit begging me like a dog for a faculty position while making $5,300.00 a year — How would your friends and colleagues feel about you? How would your children feel about you as their father? Would your children respect you? Would your children admire you? How would your wife feel about you as a Man, as your wife for year, after year, after year struggling in solitude to pay virtually all the bills? Why? Because her husband can’t find any work in the areas he spent his entire life preparing to work in – the Academy. Because her husband is unjustly “blacklisted” by profane Progressives in America! This isn’t year 1718. This isn’t year 1818. This isn’t year 1918. This is year 2018 for God’s sake. Why can’t I be a Professor in America? … Why?!

Will President Trump have to stop federal funding of every College in America to make them Ideologically Equal?

Where are the examples of true Ideological Equality and Progress Progressives promised U.S.? We have only regressed. I voted for Trump (de facto 30 years ago and de jure in 2016). Do you really want “Diversity” in  society, Provost Kotlikoff? Then get 50% of the people who voted for Obama and Hillary and 50% of people who voted for Reagan and Trump as faculty members, as administrators, as staff, as students … all the way down to the maid service, janitorial and lawn staff levels at Cornell University. Only then will this ideological balance more closely reflect the voting public in America rather than the 95-100% Democrat Socialist Party faculty and administrators you currently have now at Cornell University and at virtually every other college in America… And this Racial Equity strategy will not cost Cornell University $60 million, I promise.

Provost Kotlikoff, I’ll end this letter with Harvard’s forgotten and despised motto of 1692 that I have resurrected and adopted as my own cause célèbre or nom de guerre during my 35-year blacklisting Hell warred against me and against hundreds of thousands of other blacklisted Christian, Conservative and Libertarian scholars by the Progressive Academy in America…

Epilogue and Letter to the False Promises of Affirmative Action

Dear Professor *Peter Morici:

Can you please circulate my apologetics letter cited above to the leadership and faculty at the University of Maryland to get more “Ideological Diversity” there and throughout all U.S. colleges and universities?

Here I copied selected administrators at The Ohio State University because I read in the Breitbart article that this institution recently opened an office of Diversity and Inclusion. We will see if they are real, or if they are like all of the rest that I have dealt with for the past 35 years where I have been blacklisted by the Academy because I express unapologetic conservative ideas in my scholarly writings as a Black Man (this is not allowed in America), and am totally devoted to President Trump.

Yet, in the end what has changed after 53 years of Affirmative Action?—Since 1965 and LBJ’s so-called ‘War on Poverty’ – After millions and billions of dollars spent on staff, programs, infrastructure for “Diversity and Inclusion” the proportion of faculty and administrators remains in the 95-100% percentile in having an ideology, a Weltanschauung (worldview), a partisan voting record supporting one singular political party—The Democrat Party USA. Presently in America there practically does not exist any faculty members at any top university (or at least those willing to go on record) that supported the candidacy of President Trump like I did in a de facto sense 30 years ago, and in a de jure sense on 8 Nov. 2016. This is not Ideological Diversity. This is Orwellian Groupthink. This is Intellectual Fascism writ large!

Also, I copied this apologetics letter above to Columbia’s Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs because I read in that same Breitbart article that despite having been operable for years Columbia’s Office of Diversity has NOT increased the number of faculty holding to a Conservative, Independent or Libertarian worldview. Does this surprise anyone? Not me, for when Harvard announced two new Fellows (not faulty members)— Sean Spicer and Corey Lewandowski, (both former Trump campaign workers, and Spicer was Trump’s first Press Secretary), the non-racist, non-Groupthink, loving Progressive faculty at Harvard quickly gathered almost 2,000 Harvard alumni signatures protesting the inclusion of these qualified and accomplished scholars as Harvard Fellows. Little wonder then that I as a Black conservative have been waiting 35 years for Ideological Justice in America.

Professor Morici, regardless of what happens with my case, I predict that this unjust state of affairs will soon change in America during the iconoclastic and Nationalist administration of President Donald J. Trump… That’s not a threat, that’s a promise!

Peace & Veritas!

After two men were crushed in a garbage truck, more than 1,300 Memphis sanitation workers went on strike 50 years ago to protest abysmal wages and working conditions. They won the support of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. who paid for our freedom with his life. (Richard L. Copley). Article by DeNeen L. Brown.

Letter to two loving family members familiar with and supportive of my fight for Ideological Equality in the Academy

Dear Nephew Mark Dudley:

*N.B.: Mark majored in Information Technology Management is a 1992 Graduate

of Cornell University

Exceeding Gratitude to you my Brother for your support and love. I know if it was up to you, I would be a tenured Professor at your Alma mater, Cornell University even though we differ on some points of political philosophy. Why do I know this? Because for the 30 years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing you, I know that you and your mother stand for EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW. That’s all I need to you about you to respect you as a Man… as a Brother.

As we witness the appointment of Justice Brett Kavanaugh as the 114th Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, I know that you will agree with me that we have to break down walls of hatred, bitterness, racial hypocrisy, duplicity, and division. That’s what I’m trying to achieve in writing this letter more so than obtaining a faculty position… although that would be nice also.

Please also send this letter to your dear mother, Yemoja with my love and regards. Here is an excerpt of a book that has an essay I did of her 20 years ago, Beyond the Veil (Hamilton Books, 2000, 2004) – the extended poem I did in her honor was titled, Caroline My Valentine which is referenced several times in my Introduction. Tell Yemoja that Evelyn and the rest of us loved the gifts she sent us a few weeks ago. Her years of solicitude and charity has done so much for me and my life to be less stingy and cheap and to be more giving and loving to everyone I meet.

Peace & Veritas!

Ellis
