One of the most important things I’ve learned from reading the writings of the great Greek philosopher Aristotle is this—In order to properly, systematically and comprehensively understand a given subject, discipline or area of inquiry always begin from “First Principles”. And billions worldwide under the treacherous legislation called the District of Columbia Act of 1871. G. Torture of Children in Mind Control – the Foundation for Creation of the CIA:
1947 The CIA was established by the National Security Act of 1947. 1950-1953: Motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of Mind Control techniques, the CIA originated its first Mind-Control human experimentation program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD, which morphed into ARTICHOKE and then by 1953 was referred to as MKULTRA. There were 149 sub-projects and another 33 closely-related programs in U.S. and Canadian hospitals and universities.
In 1977 Director of Intelligence, Stansfield Turner, described in an affidavit that the program was initiated because the Agency was confronted with “learning the state of the art of behavioral modification at a time when the U.S. Government was concerned about inexplicable behavior of persons behind the ‘iron curtain’ and American prisoners of war who had been subjected to brainwashing.”
The CIA Mind Control program began with a proposal from Richard Helms (who later became CIA director and who was named by MKULTRA Child Victim C as a perpetrator in a 1995 Congressional Hearing). Helms outlined a special funding mechanism for highly sensitive Agency research and development projects that would study the use of biological and chemical materials in altering human behavior. Twenty years later all known files pertaining to MKULTRA were ordered destroyed by Richard Helms before he retired and upon his hearing that Congress was going to investigate the CIA program.
In the second half of the 20th century, these Mind-Control projects funded by the CIA and military intelligence resulted in extensive political abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands of unknowing victims, by far the majority of whom were innocent children, were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind-Control experimentation was not only tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals, according to the latest Judy Byington Report. It was anti-human and constituted crimes against humanity activities that the CIA was involved in worldwide from its inception that made the CIA’s founder, President Harry Truman, try to work behind the scenes with its architect, Allan Dulles. But by that time it was too late. The genie was already released from the proverbial bottle or a better metaphor would be that Pandora’s Box was opened and all of the wickedness of Hades would be unleashed upon humanity.
1951: In 1951 CIA human experimentation was combined with Canada and Britain’s Mind-Control programs which had been functioning since pre-World War II. One such program was on native indigent children in Canadian Government hospitals according to Kevin Annett’s “Hidden No Longer” www.hiddennolonger.com which a young Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip was at the center of during their visit to the British Commonwealth of Canada where one of their events was a picnic with several dozen Native American children, many of which were never seen again.
People think that all of the evil ideas behind the rise of the Third Reich, Adolph Hitler and the Nazis in the mid-1920s-45 was an wholly German enterprise. Nothing could be further from the truth. Byington writes, “In the early 1900s German experts were in Canadian provincial hospitals doing medical experiments on indigent native children as part of a plan to exterminate native Indian tribes. For this same purpose and since the late 1800s, native children were forced to reside in residential schools operated by the government of Canada and Roman Catholic, Anglican and the United Church of Canada.” In fact, Byington writes that “Over 500,000 native children were abused and murdered in these so-called residential schools where survivors reported that the torture of children was a daily occurrence.”
We see the same type of secret programs against the Native Americans, Blacks, poor Whites and others done by what I call “Proto-Nazis” not in Germany, but right here in America. In fact, it was America who under the CIA program “Operation Paperclip” including the ubiquitous “Ratlines” that the Vatican under Pope Pius XII ran at the end of World War II greatly facilitated the forging of passports and a vast of array of travel through a labyrinth of underground networks that facilitated the repatriation of perhaps 15,000-30,000 Nazi scientists, engineers, doctors, educators, academics, and high-ranking Nazi officers to come to the Americas including the United States to start a new life and to run the newly created N.A.S.A. space program (= Nazi Aeronautical Space Administration).
