One of the most important things I’ve learned from reading the writings of the great Greek philosopher Aristotle (384-322 B.C.) is this—In order to properly, systematically and comprehensively understand and study any given subject, discipline or area of inquiry is to always begin from First Principles. For example, in this article, I am writing a review based on two essays by my son, Stone Washington dealing with an international Entrepreneur Index and whether SCOTUS should continue to follow (or not follow) the Chevron Doctrine for interpretation of Administrative Law statutes alleged based on the History of the United States for America (a REPUBLIC).
In doing so, I am exposing by necessity the imposter corporation country secretly established by the Rothschild family known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. whose stolen History of Humanity has allowed a very small Cabal of super rich, narcissistic, psychopaths belonging to various Satanic cults called among other names—Rothschild Khazarian Mafia, the Illuminati, Freemasons, Rosicrucians, Skull and Bones, and other secret societies along with their allied institutions including—Council of 13, Committee of 300, Octagon Group, Trilateral Commission, World Economic Forum, United Nations, International Monetary Fund, Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers, DAVOS, and other Globalist, elitist entities connected to the Satanic New World Order.

B. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt – Resident Biden: How “Big Government” has turned a Republic into a Leviathan Monster in under 100 Years?
The impetus of this essay came from two blog posts I read by my son, Stone Washington, that he published on the website of think tank he works for, Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI). Below are my comments which for this essay I have amplified and embellished to demonstrate my bigger point – that the our original “Republic” has been hijacked by a small cabal of Central Bankers called the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia and some highly placed members over various secret societies like – the Illuminati, Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Rosicrucians, Freemasons, and internationalist Globalists like – the United Nations, World Bank, World Health Organization in order to deconstruct and destroy the God given Natural Rights of We the People that are protected under Natural Law which the Constitutional Framers enshrined in the Bill of Rights, and replaced them with a counterfeit country called, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., a corporate dictatorship wholly owned and operated by the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia or Central Bankers both here in America and in virtually all of the 209 United Nations member State countries around the world.
Analysis of Stone Washington’s CEI Entrepreneur Index Article posted on Facebook – Review No.1
Stone, Thank you for your very informative and engaging Competitive Enterprise Institute article posted June 20 – America takes Entrepreneurship Index Top Sport, Former Soviet Bloc Countries Close Behind, regarding the “Entrepreneurship Index” [EI] and its importance and impact on the American and Global economy. And according the an article on Wikipedia, “the Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI) is an economic activity index compiled by US-based The Global Entrepreneurship and Development Institute, which looks at how individual countries across the world allocate resources to promoting entrepreneurship, if indeed they do.” However, the irony is that former Communist countries Lithuania and Romania and current Communist country like China are beating or nearly beating our EI score because these countries and many others like them (China notwithstanding), which all have populations economies much smaller than America yet are nearly eclipsing America in EI scores and overall economic output, because they are basing their economies on Free Market principles rather than Socialist ones.
For example, Stone in your paragraph on Lithuania was instructive to this rapid EI growth which is just behind the U.S. – “With a much smaller population and GDP (ranked 78th) in comparison to the United States, Lithuania has done well to provide entrepreneurs with a favorable climate to grow their businesses, having provided 4,400 new jobs and $300 million in business activity via entrepreneurial opportunities. Lithuanian entrepreneurs have also generated $87.8 million in global exports (up 10 percent from the prior year), while impacting $200 million in national GDP.”
Why is this so? Because the feckless Biden administration has Socialist economic and nihilistic political driven policies that hinder rather than promote economic growth due to high taxes, over regulation and their new Leviathan monster = ESG = Environmental Social Governance scores that business must quantify or face sever government penalties. ESG has already killed thousands of U.S. companies during the Covid-19 Scamdemic (2020-23) and unfortunately more U.S. businesses will fall prey to Socialism tyranny, Woke fascism delusions and then bankruptcy unless President Trump is reinstated as POTUS and SOON!
Stone Washington’s Administrative Law Article on the Chevron Doctrine (Deference) posted on Facebook – Review No.2
Stone, here are my comments regarding your other excellent article published on June 7 for CEI titled – Activist securities regulators should worry as Supreme Court revisits Chevron doctrine. As you know I have taught Administrative Law for years, and in my classes, I was always lamenting the fact that the main problems with Administrative Law can be summarized in two words. . . LAZY Congress. Since the New Deal Programs of FDR (1933-45) and the Great Society Programs of LBJ (1963-69) and even into today’s times under the Socialist administrations of Bill Clinton (1993-01), Barack Hussein Obama (2009-17) and “Resident” Joe Biden (2021-present) government has only grown exponentially necessitating Congress to delegate their constitutional oversight of the Leviathan Big Government (i.e., Administrative Agencies, the Administrative State or Bureaucracy) to legions of feckless, power hungry Bureaucrats who are the overseers of these alphabet agencies like the SEC, DOD, DHS, CDC, OMB, FBI, CIA, etc…
This delegation of legislative power to power hungry, feckless bureaucrats has only exacerbated the Rule of Law, including simple things like plain language in interpreting statutes or understanding Congress’s Original Intent when writing laws, thus the need for Courts to intervene. Two paragraphs stood out to me in your article: (1) “Many conservative jurists, including the late Justice Antonin Scalia, originally endorsed Chevron as a necessary safeguard to agency activity. In a Duke Law Journal article, Scalia argued that “broad delegation to the Executive is a hallmark of the modern administrative state,” believing that Congress intended for federal agencies, not the courts, to exercise discretion when determining the interpretative meaning of a statue. “
(2) “Sunstein surmised that the Supreme Court of the 2000s was split between two applications of Chevron. One view, championed by Justice Scalia, requires that Chevron’s traditional application holds when agencies issue mandates that carry the force of law. Justice Breyer’s view took a more constrained approach by denying law-interpreting power to agencies whenever it seems impossible to infer congressional intent.”
These two paragraphs were instructive in outlining the vast divide between common sense interpretation of agency rules based on the Original Intent of Congress vs. allowing petty Bureaucrats the unconstitutional law-interpreting power that has made We the People mere serfs of an ever-expanding Leviathan State that English philosopher Thomas Hobbes wrote about in his work De Cive [“On the Citizen”](1642) and in his magnum opus, Leviathan (1651).
Let’s look at America’s GDP or Gross Domestic Product every 10 years from the advent of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s New Deal Socialist/Socialism programs in 1933 to 90 years later under Resident Biden in 2023. According to Google America’s GDP reads as follows every 10 years from 1933-2023 followed by a notable event of that particular decade—
U.S. GDP in 1933 = $57 billion [U.S. in midst of the Great Depression], 1943 = $203 billion [U.S. in the midst of World War II (1939-45)], 1953 = $389 billion [end of the Korean War (1950-53) which the U.S. lost leading to the Vietnam War (1955-75)], 1963 = $638 billion [beginning of the Vietnam War which we lost], 1973 = $1.4 trillion[Nixon took U.S. off the Gold Standard in 1971, Vietnam War over in 1975], 1983 = $3.6 trillion [early years of the “Reagan Revolution”], 1993 = $6.8 trillion [*N.B.: the 1990-91 recession officially began during the third quarter of 1990 and lasted until the first quarter of 1991], 2003 = $11.4 trillion [*N.B.: Simultaneous, or synchronized, recessions have occurred in advanced economies several times in the past four decades—the mid-1970s, early 1980s, early 1990s, and early 2000s], 2013 = $17.5 trillion [*N.B.: Several major U.S. economic variables had recovered from the 2007–2009 Subprime mortgage crisis and Great Recession by the 2013–2014 time period], 2023 = $26.24 trillion [*N.B.: Despite the propaganda Groupthink of the mainstream media fecklessly defending the Socialist programs of the Resident Biden administration, most economists expect a deep recession in the U.S. economy by the second half of 2023].
Of course, during this 90-year span of time (1933-2023) America has been through numerous wars, economic recessions and depressions and even internal revolutions like the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s and 70s and the Hippie movement of the 1960s and the banking collapse of 2008-09. These events would cause great upheaval in the GDP, however the main cause of why the GDP and the rise of the Administrative State that has to oversee the distribution of these monetary expenditures is the fact that the Leviathan government, since the administration of FDR, has risen exponentially every 10 years, even when the population in America was relatively stable or in some years took a decline. Nevertheless, the GDP continued to skyrocket to where it is today at $26.24 TRILLION!!
Epilogue – Thomas Hobbes’s Leviathan (1651) 470+ Years Later. . . Has Big Government Devoured the Liberties and Natural Rights of We the People?
In 2014 I did a magnum opus series of essays based on the 54-Vol. work called, “Great Books of the Western World”. Vol. 23 contained the writings of two infamous cynics of human nature who looked with disdain on God, Jesus, the Bible, and Christianity – Machiavelli and Thomas Hobbes. These 70+ essays were all published in Vol. 5 of my series of essays titled – The Progressive Revolution: History of Liberal Fascism through the Ages (2017). The Hobbes essay I will quote from in this concluding section was titled – On Hobbes and the Leviathan who devours Men. Here is the opening section of this essay—
Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679) was an English philosopher, scholar who is famous for his writings on moral philosophy and political philosophy. His magnum opus, Leviathan (1651) further developed Machiavelli’s ends/means paradigm as well as establishing social contract theory, psychological egoism, and materialism as essential aspects of political philosophy in the Western tradition. On a macro level Hobbes was a defender of authoritarianism for the sovereign, nevertheless he also advanced many fundamental precepts of European liberal tradition – the right of the individual; the natural equality of all men; the artificial character of the political order (the State vs. civil society); the idea that all authority and political control must by “representative” and based on the consent of the governed or the people; and a liberal understanding of law which leaves people free to do whatever the law does not clearly prohibit.
Together with Machiavelli, Hobbes was one of the originators of modern moral philosophy, political philosophy and political science. His materialistic, amoral conception of humans ignores their spiritual dimension and understood humans as being matter and motion, obeying the same physical laws as other matter and motion, continues to be germane even today. Hobbes’s analysis of human nature in government as self-interested and self-will predated by several centuries ideas later proposed by Nietzsche in the late 1800s (Will to Power) to Ayn Rand’s Objectivist philosophy of the 1930s-80s which deified selfishness as a virtue, and of modern political groups embracing his “social contract” theory is one of the main pillars of political philosophy. A true Renaissance man, in addition to political philosophy, Hobbes also was an expert in many other intellectual disciplines, including history, geometry, physics, theology, ethics, and general philosophy.
In the previous essay to this one I wrote about an influential Globalist billionaire named George Soros whose primary intent was to weaponize his vast wealth for over 40 years to destroy capitalism by destroying the currencies of England and several other countries (by short selling their monetary stocks on the stock exchange), to destroy Christianity by creating and funding nihilistic groups like ANTIFA and Black Live Matters (BLM) to foment violence, chaos and destruction in big cities across America to force a One World Government or what I call the Satanic New World Order. Note that Soros has patterned his life and his vocation as a modern-day Hobbesian Leviathan monster hellbent on destroying Capitalism and Christianity, the Republican Party and the American Republic.
Thomas Hobbes wrote his magnum opus, LEVIATHAN in 1651. It has been over 470 Years later, which begs this question of ultimate concern . . . Has Big Government Devoured the Liberties and Natural Rights of We the People? Absolutely yes! By every measure one can conceive of. Don’t believe me? Do your own research. REMEMBER! – The key idea of Hobbes’s LEVIATHAN (1651) and his earlier opus paving the way for his radical ideas of Leviathan, titled – De Cive [“On the Citizen”](1642), is Bellum omnium contra omnes = The War of all against all. This idea means that, absent a strong and tyrannical King (i.e., Tyrant or Monster) to rule over the people, the people would be in a perpetual State of Nature–Hobbes called a “State of War”–where mankind would be constantly fighting one another to take or steal natural resources. This will cause society to eventually implode upon itself in Apocalypse. Nevertheless, even from the ashes a New World Order will arise without reliance on God, Jesus, the Bible or Christianity (i.e., Ordo ab Chao = Out of chaos comes order). In modern times George Soros is one of several uber rich egomaniacs following the course of this Grand Omnipotent Despot upon the World using his vast resources to drive the world into a Satanic New World Order as foretold by Jesus Christ in the last book of the Bible called REVELATION.
Thus, I concluded the first part of my 2014 essay on Thomas Hobbes in this manner which will function as a cautionary tale for the times We the People are subjected under as we proceed to the end of the first (and hopefully last) term of Resident Joe Biden—
Leviathan
Written in at the dawn of the Age of Enlightenment (c.1650-1800) Hobbes’s Leviathan (1651), laid out his principles establishing the foundation of states, civil society and representative governments which is derivative of his social contract theory. Leviathan was written during the English Civil War (1642-51) and much of the book is concerned with establishing the need of a strong central government to escape the evil of conflict and civil war.
Using first principles Hobbes begins his analysis of the State from a materialistic view of human beings and their attendant passions, not from a moral or biblical view as free agents of God, but from a mechanistic view that humans are merely animals acting on their base instincts. Under this machinelike paradigm, Hobbes theorized a society in anarchy – or human existence without the strictures of government, a situation he defines as a “state of nature.” Relying on the works of Natural Law of Dutch philosopher and jurist, Hugo Grotius (1583-1645) (minus the Christian foundation of Grotius’ Natural law ideas), Hobbes essentially proposed the idea that in a State of Nature every person would have a right, or sanction to everything in the world. This state of anarchy absent a viable political community of course would lead to what Hobbes called a “War of all against all” (bellum omnium contra omnes).
Regarding this perpetual chaotic state of nature Hobbes famously wrote:
In such condition, there is no place for industry; because the fruit thereof is uncertain: and consequently no culture of the earth; no navigation, nor use of the commodities that may be imported by sea; no commodious building; no instruments of moving, and removing, such things as require much force; no knowledge of the face of the earth; no account of time; no arts; no letters; no society; and which is worst of all, continual fear, and danger of violent death; and the life of man, solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.
Thus, exactly 100 years after the publication of Hobbes’s Leviathan, the Central Bankers (e.g., the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia) fomented and bankrolled the First Industrial Revolution.
