Dear Brigadier General and Superior Court Chief Judge Ural Glanville:
HAPPY BELATED COLUMBUS DAY
. . . I hope you had time to enjoy some good food with Family & Friends. A little over a year ago in Sept. 2025 I was called to your court for jury duty where I was considered for about five days during voir dire for a public domain case with jurisdiction in Alpharetta, Georgia. I wanted to serve as an actual juror in your courtroom, but was prevented for medical reasons which you graciously understood and excused me on medical grounds from my jury duty.
*N.B.: In a Newsweek article by Katherine Fung of June 18, 2024 the reason for Judge Glanville’s recusal from the Young Thug case in 2024 followed these facts – “Attorney Brian Steel, who is representing Grammy-winning rapper Young Thug in the case, filed a 27-page motion on Monday that accused Judge Ural Glanville of favoring prosecutors and attempting to sabotage the defense.” These are the silly games criminal lawyers love to play. They will always try to manipulate the facts of the case in favor of their obviously guilty clients and cast dispersions on anyone who refuses to bow down to their transparent threats, manipulation of the court, and bullying tactics, just as the lawyers for Young Thug tried to do against the judicious Chief Judge Ural Glanville, but were exposed.
Therefore, in my opinion as a constitutional law expert that is a good and legal reason to be removed from a case without prejudice and without shame or implication that Judge Glanville has done anything amiss, which according to all parties concerned, Judge Glanville has behaved himself with the utmost decorum and judicial composure.
Judge Glanville, the main reason why I’m writing to you is because I just wanted to thank you for being a real person and an honest judge of the highest order. When we were in your courtroom I believe from Sept. 15-19 2025 you introduced yourself to the potential jury pool and gave a synopsis of your biography who received his early education in the U.S. military (Army Brigadier General) and later went on to the University of Georgia Law School (1987). I was very captivated by your assiduous journey that brought you to being the model Fulton County Superior Chief Court Judge that you are today. If it was up to me, I would appoint you to a Court of Appeals. America needs more wise, dispassionate, soberminded, and upstanding judges like yourself more than ever in 2026.
On this point, I would like to give you a synopsis of my background. I owe most of my intellectual growth as a young intellectual and future law student to a singular judge – Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas (1991 – present), the second longest serving member of the Supreme Court of the United States, whose scholarly writings I first discovered in late 1988 while a graduate student at Harvard with one Barack Hussein Obama. During my brief time at Harvard (1988-89). Then I was a graduate student studying history but had some friends at the law school. One young man and good friend of mine (Leon Betchet, grandnephew of the legendary saxophonist, Sidney Betchet [1897-1959]) actively suggested that I apply to the law school because he thought I had a strong, analytical mind.
*N.B.: 4 Books I took with me to Harvard (1988-89)—1) Holy Bible, 2) The Closing of the American Mind (1987) by UChicago Professor Allan Bloom; 3) God and Mand at Yale (1951) by Wm. Buckley and 4) The Art of the Deal(1987) by Donald J. Trump (future POTUS: 2017-2021; 2025-29). These magisterial books were my daily bread and protected my mind, body and Soul from Left propaganda, disinformation, misinformation, Liberal Fascism and Cultural Marxism that reigned supreme at Harvard and throughout all Ivy League schools and top American Universities . . . then and NOW!

In late Aug. 28-30, 1988 as I was driving from Detroit to Cambridge, Mass to attend graduate school at Harvard University (History) and later Harvard Law School for that fateful Year where I wouldmeet and BATTLE a future Manchurian Candidate “President” Barack Hussein OBAMA (POTUS: 2009-17) for the SOUL of AMERICA. It is now Year 2026 = 38 Years later the Battle for the Soul of America rages on!!
Having no idea about how to pursue my studies in the law, I naively but earnestly went to Langdell Hall Law where Harvard’s Law Library was and every Friday evening I would read (scan) and take notes on law review articles starting with the letter ‘H’ for ‘Harvard Law Review’. Soon I started reading the Howard Law Journals where I came across two very interesting articles by the then Appellate Court Judge Clarence Thomas (whom I didn’t know at the time but heard about in the news because he was being considered to serve on SCOTUS after Justice Thurgood Marshall retired). Reading Judge Thomas’s articles is where I first learned about Aristotle’s First Principles and fundamentals of Natural Law and Natural Rights – the original jurisprudence and legal-political philosophy of the Constitutional Framers. For the 37 years since 1989 where Justice Thomas agreed to be my intellectual mentor, based on his solicitude and direction I’ve written 11 books, most of which have been accepted into the Chamber’s Library of SCOTUS and most of them have been dedicated to Justice Clarence Thomas. It was Justice Thomas who in 2015 agreed to become an intellectual mentor to my son, Stone Washington, a graduate student at George Washington University.
