From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

~ Karl Marx, “Critique of the Gotha Program” (1875)

If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.

~ President Barack Obama (2012)

When President Obama goes off prompter, he usually tells truth … at least the “truth” as he sees it. Obama’s quote above not only reminds me of Karl Marx, the father of socialism and communism, moreover, his arrogant, anti-business, anti-capitalism screed reminds me of the words of Thomas Jefferson who wisely said, “A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take away everything you have.” Perhaps that’s why so many Marxists and socialists professors and liberal teachers are rewriting and revising history today, because they don’t want the voting public to be knowledgeable about the truth of history, politics and economics. Why? Hitler’s minister of propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, supposedly said: “Truth is the enemy of the State.”

Here is Obama’s quote from that Marxist rant against American enterprise and free-market capitalism he delivered two weeks ago:

“If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business. you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen. The Internet didn’t get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet.”

In a Marxist worldview, government, or the State, is infinitely more important than people. Obama and the Democratic Socialist Party’s Marxist understanding will be made possible by the socialist promise of economic and societal utopia where there is an abundance of goods and services (“from each according to his abilities …”) that a developed socialist society will use to provide everyone’s needs (“… to each according to his needs”). The idea is that, with the full development of Western Marxism or scientific socialism and unrestrained productive forces, everyone’s needs will be satisfied in an egalitarian fashion.

That is a lie from the very pit of hell.

Although the Marx epigram is popularly attributed to the father of communism, he did not originate the phrase. The slogan was not only a common mantra of the socialist movement in the 19th century, it was first used in an 1839 book by Louis Blanc called “The Organization of Work.” Also, the phrase may have been inspired by the work of the French utopian Étienne-Gabriel Morelly, whose 1755 work, “Code of Nature,” mentions “Sacred and Fundamental Laws that would tear out the roots of vice and of all the evils of a society.” These include:

Wow! Such shamefaced dishonesty. You know you are not being honest with that quote.
